ace couldn't be much happier, little disappointed either the phones camera but no fault of the apps. I recommend backmarket to all of my friends in needs of a tech upgrade or even if they're just selling they're old stuff.

using back market for a 3rd time now. always excellent service, price, communication and support. Why waste your hard earned cash on a new device, when you can get a perfect almost new one from here at the fraction of the price and much better honest service.

This will sound a bit like a paid for review, but I got a Google pixel 8 pro for under £700 and it is like a brand new phone. I can't fault it. I was unsure about going for a 2nd hand/refurb, but I genuinely will not buy a new phone again now.if you're considering it, just go for it. Worst case, you can return it within 30 days anyway.

Wohooo, I am so glad I went down the road of getting a refurbished device as replacement of my old phone. It was a pleasure using the website and finding my new "old" Pixel 6. I'm very pleased with my Samsung smart watch 5pro. It arrived very quickly, and like brand new. It didn't come with wireless charger, but I expected that from reading reviews on BackMarket. Well packaged and so easy to set up.

My S22plus broke, after looking at specs, ordered this which is pretty much just a good apart from the optical zoom. It's a great phone. Ordered in excellent condition and came boxed with plastic seals. Seemed completely new. Saved 200 pounds instead of buying from retailer or Samsung and got the same new product. Great service

Needed a new phone as my previous one didn't have enough storage. Chose a refurbished phone as you get value for money and was not disappointed. Although I was sent a different colour to what I ordered I was very impressed in fact it looks like a new phone there's not a mark on it and it works perfectly and as I have bought a phone case for it the colour doesn't matter.

I couldn't be more pleased with my Samsung A54. It arrived quickly and was clearly brand new, being in its sealed box. Honestly it feels as though the watch-which was excellent condition- had just been a gift someone opened and then decided they didn't want immediately. It's spotless and if it had been in plastic wrap I'd have been convinced it was brand new
