I took out the 1 year accidental insurance. I opted for excellent condition and there isn't a single mark on it. Was very pleased with my purchase, I had ordered the same phone and model previously but it didn’t come with a sim tray which was why I was hesitant to try again but I was pleased I did, the phone is in immaculate condition. I definitely will be buying from here again in the near future.

Ordered for the first time from BackMarket, was pleasantly surprised. iPhone 13 Pro - "Good" with an immaculate screen. Looked even better than the one I requested. Battery Health was 97%, although it has dropped to 94% over 2 weeks, which isn't good but better than nothing. The only thing is that the camera has been replaced with a genuine part, but whoever replaced it (most likely not Apple) didn't use the proper seals when closing it, now there is dust on the front camera going in through the top speaker seams behind the front glass. Not a big deal, but also the phone is now not waterproof and if undiscovered, I could've unknowingly water damaged it. Overall, good experience and good seller.

I needed a bigger iPad rather than a newer one, so this 512gb 11 pro from 2021 fits the bill. It was a great price. Max capacity seems to be 84% which is ok for the age, more would have been nice but can’t complain really. Physical condition seems great, but once you pop it in a case that’s not entirely relevant as long as the screen is good. My 4th purchase from back market I think. And as all the others, good enough to make me sure I will be back .

Ordered on Thursday, came by Saturday! Very happy with phone and came looking brand new. Not sure why but my Bluetooth headphones that connected on my old phone fine, disconnected as soon as I stop playing music or watching a video. Overall very happy with my new phone definitely use Back Market again.
