Arrived on time. Ordered a phone in excellent condition and it does look like new, no marks or scratches anywhere. The battery cycle count was only 3 and battery health 100% so virtually new (don't know if battery is original). Overall very pleased and would buy from Backmarket again. Very easy to transfer everything from my very old Galaxy S9 (usbc cable was even provided, useful if your wifis not great).

This is the replacement of our original order which is the same spec. Apart from the previous disappointment, because of some technical issues, the overall experience including the replacement order, parcel, tracking service, messages updating stages of delivery and such, has been highly positive, great customer service, totally satisfied, poor excellence 👍 I'm glad I've dealt with the black- market and hope they keep up this highly effective overall trade- service. All good so far, what prompted me to buy was my wife purchased an I phone 12 on Backmarket which arrived on time, was described as fair but was excellent and with a 12 month warranty. It's a trust thing and I felt comfortable to repeat the process with a phone for myself albeit an android Samsung A55.....love it.
