Bought an iPhone 14 - 256GB, refurbished, and even though I selected the standard quality it came in near perfect condition. Battery health at 90%, no faults with the phone, only thing i would mention is it tends to get quite hot when charging and using at the same time. All in all great value for money, will probably be buying again when I next upgrade.

Over the moon with my purchase of the iPhone 12 Pro Max! I previously had an 11 pro max but needed more storage so the 12 pro max was the next perfect choice. Using backmarket was quick, easy and hassle free! Delivery only took a few days. I kept the cost down by accepting minor cosmetic damage but the phone looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t 100% recommend using backmarket to anyone looking for used like new/ refurbished mobiles and I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

I can't justify spending over a thousand pound on a phone so I decided to buy a refurbished galaxy s23 ultra, I paid extra for an immaculate screen but left the body as gently used. In all it cost me £415 and I must say the phone looks as if it's hardly ever been used, the screen is perfect and the body is also in perfect condition,not to mention the fast delivery. I will be ordering 1 again for the wife for her birthday.

I'm happy with the purchase I know it's not new but it is practically 90 percent as new confident with my purchase I am already thinking of buying one for each of my children I recommend for those who think buying can trust 100 percent
