    I bought this refurbished iPhone 13, fair condition for a good price. There is only one scratch on the screen and the sides of the phone are a little worn down but not much of an issue. It came with 92% battery health and this is a much needed upgrade from my old huawei phone. I’m very happy with the overall hardware(camera, design and overall feel). I would recommend backmarket to anyone looking for refurbished tech and electronics.

    I purchased a lovely refurbished iPhone 13 in pink for an excellent price of £330 from BackMarket. I also had the option to buy it in 3 separate payments via Klarna. BackMarket also bought my old iPhone XS even though it was in very poor condition, I received £36 for it which was great as otherwise it would have been disposed of! Overall my whole experience was brilliant & i have a lovely new iPhone. So easy to navigate their website too 👍

    It’s the first time I’ve used Back Marketed and I can say I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. Received my new IPhone 13 Pro Max in Serra Blue ‘Fair Condition’. I can’t believe the condition of the device received, it’s likely it’s brand new with 82% battery healthy! - As from a refurbished device, it has two little nicks that are barely noticeable to the surround and a few surface scratches to the screen which isn’t visible when the screen is off or on which is outstanding for a fair condition grade. The only downside to Back Market is that the device didn’t arrive in a box or much more durable packaging, it just arrived within a cardboard envelope that contained the device in a plastic sleeve, other than that small issue, the device still arrived completely safe and secure. Would definitely recommend Back Market and will continue to be a loyal returning customer. - Will most definitely be buying from Back Market again!

    I have bought 4 refurbished phones from BackMarket. 2 iPhone XR’s, and 2 iPhone 13’s. All were in excellent condition, and arrived very quickly . Both XR’s worked perfectly, and were flawless. My iPhone 13 is flawless , and works perfectly . The second iPhone 13, is for my husbands’ birthday, in April. I have looked at it. The outer casing is excellent , with one small scratch, in the screen. When I turned the phone on, this scratch doesn’t notice at all. All our phones were purchased from the ‘fair condition ‘ range. I would highly recommend using Back Market, as it saves you so much money , compared to buying new. We will continue to purchase all future phones, from Back Market. Thank you Back Market for an excellent service.

    The watch came well packaged and on time. It was supplied with aftermarket straps and charger, but that wasn't an issue as they both work fine. This was an 'excellent' condition purchase and it's a fair evaluation as the screen and bezel are in mint condition. A couple of signs of wear on the underside but that's never going to be seen anyway. It probably doesn't get the full usage time that Samsung state so whether that's down to their over optimism or the fact that the battery isn't quite 100% I'm not sure, but it lasts a good day and a half with the always on screen turned off. So just a couple of little things that remind that it's a refurbished product, but given the price I'd say it's great value for money, and I'd happily use Back Market again in the future 👍

    It’s always difficult to be sure the quality you are buying when choosing refurbished but I have been delighted with my new iphone13pro. I chose ‘fair’ condition and it really is very good with a slight mark on one of the camera lenses and a scratch on the corner. The phone works well and I’m really enjoying it.

    The phone works like a charm - it has a few tiny use marks but that was described in the "fair" condition. Everything works as intended, the phone is great, blazingly fast, the camera works perfectly. My only drawback is the battery, that seems to be needing a replacement (iPhone's battery settings tell that the battery is working at 85% full capacity). I knew that this could happen - after all, I was getting a refurbished phone. It is not something that bothers me as much - one daily recharge and I am set, but I am considering replacing the battery to extend its use during the weekdays. Even with the battery not completely satisfying me, I am in overall very happy with the purchase.

    Overall im just glad it came as people said it was a scam website but honestly thanks so much as it was fast delivery as well as it being free, the phone itself is fast however the sound quality is bad and there are some dents but that’s what you should expect but overall I really recommend backmarcket out of any other refurbished places
