I am so happy! First time buying through Back Market. I purchased the iPhone 13 Pro Max 128gb in Sierra Blue. I ordered it at around 4pm and the next day it arrived. I chose ‘fair’ condition and honestly this phone looks brand new! No marks or scratches on the phone or screen whatsoever. The refurbishing company that the phone comes from was ‘All Stock Must Go’ via Back Market. Really impressed with Back Market and All Stock Must Go. I’ve saved a lot of money and I get a years guarantee. Couldn’t ask for better service!

honestly i am so impressed with the condition of this phone with it being in FAIR condition and it being £260!!! (iphone 13 128gb in starlight colour). i so deffo recommend it to anyone who is looking for a phone on a budget and don’t mind it being refurbished. even tho this is a refurb, it looks brand new and i got it with 88% battery capacity, and no cosmetic damage (a VERY little scratch on the front but it is barely noticeable). great job backmarket!!!! :))

I bought it as "good" condition but it was basically like new, so I was very happy with it. The battery thus far is exactly what I'd expect of a new phone. It arrived in minimal packaging without loads of unnecessary plastic which was good. Only downside is it didn't come with the original charging plug, but luckily I already had one from my previous pixel phone. Would definitely recommend buying a refurbished phone and will continue to do so in future.

Would absolutely use back market again!! Ordered the I phone 14 pro max in very good condition. Could not tell the difference between the refurbished phone and a brand new one, there was not a single mark anywhere on the phone and the battery health was at 95%. The phone was delivered very quickly (quicker than expected) I would highly recommend buying a reconditioned phone from them.

The phone was received in time, just with a few deep scratches on the screen but at that price. I will say it’s a good deal. I’ve saved a lot getting this refurbished iPhone. I hope to be back ordering again soon.
