Having never had an Apple Watch before it took me a moment to orientate but once I got the hang of it, it was great. The one thing that bothered me was the strap was just the right length. I’m on the Last hole. But luckily, I will lose weight around my wrist rather than gain it. Full marks for another great product.

I was a little nervous about ordering refurbished, but I was pleasantly surprised. The device itself is spotless. The BIOS password, which I was worried about because there's no way to clear it, was not set. And it came with the type cover / keyboard, which I wasn't expecting. Windows 11 pro was preinstalled and set up to run the first boot setup on power-on. Altogether a perfect experience.

I bought this in fair condition because the other grades were sold out in the colours I wanted, I wasn’t sure what I was expecting because I bought my phone last month also in fair condition and it came with barely any scratches just little ones on the screen and 87% battery. This came with a scratched up back, couldn’t care less because I can’t see it once it’s on my wrist, absolutely flawless screen and frame and with a 100% battery health. It lasts the whole day as well. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase
