I had ordered the purple Samsung S23+, I was contacted to be told there wasn't a purple one but that a black one could be sent for the same price. I agreed to this and it arrived very quickly and I am really pleased with it.

The phone is exactly as promised and performs as good as new. No obvious signs of use at all hardly. The delivery and receipt of the phone was also very efficient. If only O2 and Sky were as efficient 😁

The prices were good. I bought my A54 thinking good condition meant a few scratches, or signs of wear. When I received it, it was in excellent condition, I couldn’t tell it from a brand new phone. Very quick delivery, on time and I am more than pleased with my purchase. Thank you Back Market.

I brought this for 590 marked as good I'd expect the back to have a few wesr and tear marks but the screen came with really deep scratches I didn't notice due to the phone coming with a screen protector now I replaced the screen protector I uncovered the scratches this phone should of been marked as 'FAIR' not good decent phone but left feeling abit conned

I've had loads of Galaxys over the years and am loving the slick features on this phone. One downside is copying data over and setting it up; I'm having more trouble on this than I've had on previous models. It maybe the systems themselves rather than the phone but I was expecting it to be easier and faster than this.

Phones in immaculate condition, no marks, no scratches, no defects . All genuine parts. Only thing from me was that it came in a Samsung S21 ultra box instead of an iPhone 13 Pro Max box which made me wonder whether i got the right phone. Overall im happy with this purchase and will buy again!

Lots of choice to suit most budgets. The phone was exactly as described and arrived quickly and we'll packaged. Much better than getting a brand new phone.
