All is well very pleased with my new phone, still getting used to it, more complex than s10 ,so loads to get used to. The condition of the phone was good and hardly marked. Have brought from Back Market before so fare no problems at all

I ordered a 'good' condition Samsung S23 ultra Sunday afternoon. Paid a little for faster despatch and received Tuesday morning. I am so pleased. Only marks I can see to suggest it is a refurbishment is a little scratch near the charging port. Thank you so much 👌

Very well, my phone arrived very rapidly and is in excellent, in fact like new condition, the battery life is excellent so I couldn't be happier. this is my second mpurchase from Back market and I ha ve been very satisfied. 100%

I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Once I had settled on the phone I wanted and looked at the trade in price for my phone the process of purchase was very easy. It was ordered at 11:00am and delivered 10:30am the following day. I would say it was in new condition. Once I was satisfied all my data had transferred to my new phone, I did a factory reset on my old phone. I packed it up put on the preprinted label and took it to my local Post Office. I was notified when it was received, when it was being checked over and when the money was transferred to my bank, this process took about a week. This is my 3 purchase from Back Market and will not hesitate to order again for my next upgrade.

I had ordered the purple Samsung S23+, I was contacted to be told there wasn't a purple one but that a black one could be sent for the same price. I agreed to this and it arrived very quickly and I am really pleased with it.

Phone arrived as expected and in good condition. Really happy with the communication and service so far! Would use them again! Although it could have been packaged a bit better within the box with bubble so that it was better secured.
