    OMG….very hesitant to use as I normally use CEX but now I know I’ve done the right thing as my pre loved iPhone 13 Pro Max is absolutely perfect in every way…..I went for the “excellent” grade and a new battery and I got exactly that, the phone is in mint condition and 100% battery The delivery is amazing….ordered at 06:30 10/12 and got it the next day by 13:00 You get the usb c charging cable and the tool to open the sim slot. Do not hesitate using this platform.

    Nothing wrong with my phone at all, for a “fair” condition phone, there’s only like 3 scratches, and only one is mildly visible, everything perfect, came sooner than expected, misses the delivery on the first day however collected it the following working day, I was switching from android so had to wait and get everything set up, all perfect though. New battery came at 99% so no worries there. One thing though, funnily enough, as you can see I ordered 256gb, the last one in stock at the time, this my has 1tb, so idk if the seller switched it or anything, but thank you I guess lol
