    Ive waited to leave a review to be sure the phone would perform to my expectations and it has. It came in pristine condition and is functioning really well so far. I wanted to replace my previous A40 and have tried a couple of times with refurbished phones, also in ex condition but all cutting out during phone calls. So far this is like getting a new phone all over again and I'm very happy with it. Delivery was quick and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BackMarket and would use them again.

    Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10e in 'very good' condition. I was very pleased when my phone arrived. Unmarked and appears new! Judging by the several software updates required when I received it the handset, it has likely had very light use if any at all! First time customer... Will definitely be back.

    Having had Nokia before I was looking to replace and upgrade after mine got damaged I was pointed in towards back market and love my replacement. The service price and aftercare have been second to none.not sure the phone I received was a 64 GB as the phone details when i go into them states 32 So some questions there ??

    Arrived a day or so later than expected but I have to say it was very well packaged for transit and arrived in near perfect condition. The screen is flawless and the only marks were on the back and are mere small very shallow scuff marks.

    I'm very pleased with my purchase which to be honest looks as good as new and is functioning well. The tablet arrived shortly after being ordered.I wouldn't have any hesitation in using BackMarket again.

    Device was in incredible quality given I'd selected the mid-tier "Good" option. I bought this to replace my previous S10+ that was dropped and damaged quite spectacularly, and I wasn't yet ready to say goodbye to it's charm. Thank you!

    Couldn’t be happier with this purchase! Was skeptical at first but decided to take the plunge and I’m so happy I did!. Arrived within a couple of a days and came in excellent condition couldn’t never tell it was a refurb, also came wrapped securely and wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery! I highly recommend!!

    Phone looks incredibly perfect like it was bought in the store! Definitely recommend for everyone! I wasn't very optimistic about purchasing from back market! I have changed my mind! It flipped me over! Why we are chasing for new phones anywhere else? You can get one from back market for half price 😛thanks
