item rated excellent was in bad condition with the back pannel not fully attached and low quality finishing due to refurbishment. Also the battery had no good stats as it was draining faster than an original even if was in Normal health (100%)

It’s works very well, even if it’s in a fair condition it’s better than I thought. It hasn’t be giving me any problems whatsoever.

I am writing this review to warn anyone considering purchasing a laptop from this seller. Do not, under any circumstances, buy from this seller. It’s better to look elsewhere, even if they claim to have "the best rating," because they provide the worst possible service. I will explain below why I feel this way, and I sincerely hope that no one else has to go through this kind of experience.When I placed the order, I specifically paid for expedited delivery. Despite this, the laptop arrived significantly later than promised, violating the agreed terms of service. Not only was the delivery delayed, but it was also handled by the wrong courier, adding further confusion and inconvenience. The item was poorly packaged, with minimal protective materials, and the box itself was of substandard quality. I ordered a laptop in a specific color, yet the one delivered was a completely different color. Upon arrival, the laptop was damaged, as evidenced in the attached photographs. I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive in perfect condition, and this is utterly unacceptable. The process of returning the defective item was unnecessarily arduous.
