I'm very happy with my laptop. Your site was mentioned in my newspaper recently when I asked whether Black Friday deals were any good. They said I'd be better off getting a refurbished one, and so I did! Hadn't really thought about the environmental aspect - reusing materials and avoiding waste, but I'm glad.

Ordered and delivered quickly and works like a charm, excellent condition and price. Have used back market for an iPhone for my wife that was perfect and hassle free so decided to use again for this pc, not disappointed, can’t recommend enough

Hi, the laptop is working well and no complaints. Delivery was quite timely. However, the mouse was to be delivered through Royal Mail but I moved houses while it was in transit. I have tried to change my details but Royal mail hasn’t been helpful.😭

Happy with it so far. Although I now realise it's common practice to supply devices with US keyboards as English keyboards but I feel that this should really be made very clear for items being sold into the UK market.

Laptop came in great condition and for an incredibly good price. The only issue it said 512 GB storage but the laptop only has 256 GB. This was not a big issue for me considering the price, would still highly recommend back market and i have bought many devices from there!

Perfect condition, great battery life, and fast delivery. Very happy but worth noting I did ask if they were US or UK keyboards due to the other reviews. They advised it would be UK keyboard as described. When I opened it there was a a4 piece of paper stating it was a US keyboard. Which it was but they don’t differ that much so not a problem. For what it’s worth they did respond very quickly 😁

Easy to view on sight and the device is as described and comes really quickly. The idea of getting a refurbished laptop is so good and enables those of us that couldn't afford brand new to get a great quality specked device.
