I have indeed changed my mine but more because of the way that your other refurbisher - musicMagpie - handled my trade in. If I cannot trust one of your refurbishers then I must question whether or not I can trust any of them and it will be safer for me to return the above MacBook Pro. Just to be clear, this is not about me not liking musicMagpies valuation (down from 520 GBP to 79 GBP) but about the fact that having returned my MacBook Air it is in fact in excellent condition (I can provide photographs of course). I am not looking to get the assessment changed, it would be too much hassle. I shall sell it on eBay.

    Great device but very low battery %. (81%). Contacted support and they said should be 85% <600 cycles but mine was ok - but it wasn’t - then corrected - but then on the site it says 80% - so support is hallucinating - which is bad - I could have sent it back but was worried it would take an age for repairs or refund - so gonna keep and if battery dies will use warrantee - if it stands

    Needed support from Apple to get it going. It was stuck in 'Must setup TouchId' loop. Then it eventually downloaded my iPhone setup from iCloud. Today I discovered it cannot update the iPadOS because it doesn't have enough memory. Battery seems ok, but device is too heavy.
