This doesn't look anything "good" It is super excellent. Not a single scratch. Easy to set up.. The pen works brilliantly. I'm in love with my new device! Definitely recommend

Needed support from Apple to get it going. It was stuck in 'Must setup TouchId' loop. Then it eventually downloaded my iPhone setup from iCloud. Today I discovered it cannot update the iPadOS because it doesn't have enough memory. Battery seems ok, but device is too heavy.

Simplicity itself. I was seeking a cheap laptop to use mainly for video/film in my bedroom to avoid having to carry my main laptop upstairs each evening, So, for a reasonable price I bought a laptop for the job. As it's an HP Pavilion it is robustly made unlike the flimsier modern version. It does all I ask is fast, efficient and effective and Back Market has a very satisfied customer

I cannot tell why it wasn't in the highest condition category; it's brand new as far as I can tell!
