This device is absolutely flawless! It works perfectly fine, with no flaws or negatives. I couldn’t tell it wasn’t brand new at all. The battery is also at 100%. It was a big upgrade, and I’m very happy with my purchase. All my family members are big customers of BackMarket, so after many recommendations, this was my first purchase. The process was very quick and hassle-free. I sent back my old phone, and they were more than happy to pay the amount promised. I ordered an iPhone 12 to replace my old iPhone 7. After reading several reviews I went for a ‘good’. condition and I was not disappointed. It arrived within two days and looked brand new. Not a mark on it. So pleased my daughter has bought an identical iPhone 12 in a different colour and again, it looks brand new. This is my 3rd purchase of a refurbished iPhone 14-15-16 and this is the first time it’s gone to plan, good communication, label I self printed myself as the package promised didn’t arrive. I prefer to use Royal Mail so that was good. A counter offer was made but acceptable . All good so far just waiting for my cash as it’s a bank holiday.

Device came in pretty much perfect condition, looked brand new and I didn’t even pick the highest quality option! Slightly difficult setting up but that was due to issues with my old phone, otherwise super simple process. Would recommend Backmarket to others 😊
