I ordered an iPhone 12 to replace my old iPhone 7. After reading several reviews I went for a ‘good’. condition and I was not disappointed. It arrived within two days and looked brand new. Not a mark on it. So pleased my daughter has bought an identical iPhone 12 in a different colour and again, it looks brand new. Will definitely be ordering from Back Market in the future and I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new mobile to buy reconditioned.

This is my 3rd purchase of a refurbished iPhone 14-15-16 and this is the first time it’s gone to plan, good communication, label I self printed myself as the package promised didn’t arrive. I prefer to use Royal Mail so that was good. A counter offer was made but acceptable . All good so far just waiting for my cash as it’s a bank holiday.

This device is absolutely flawless! It works perfectly fine, with no flaws or negatives. I couldn’t tell it wasn’t brand new at all. The battery is also at 100%. It was a big upgrade, and I’m very happy with my purchase. All my family members are big customers of BackMarket, so after many recommendations, this was my first purchase. The process was very quick and hassle-free. I sent back my old phone, and they were more than happy to pay the amount promised. It also feels like I made a difference by not buying a brand new device (sustainable point of view). Buy smartly, people!

Really happy with my refurb iPhone 15. Fantastic condition. Great value. Delivery efficient. Had initial data problem but turned out to be service provider problem with SIM card code. Once sorted all good. Just getting used to new toggles but up and running. I would recommendBackMarket.

I’m amazed at how high quality the phone is, premium really did mean premium! I checked the number of battery lifecycles done and it was 0! Honestly amazing and I will be telling everyone to buy their next iPhone from Backmarket.

Phone arrived well packaged and within 48 hours of ordering The phone itself is brand new having zero previous charges with me being the first user It is worth paying premium. I was so impressed with the service that I recommended it to my partner who was looking to upgrade her phone, she received a very similar phone with only 12 previous charge cycles (basically brand new) Would highly recommend it.

Brilliant phone. Always a bit nerve wracking when spending a lot of money, especially on tech when so much can go wrong. Excellent condition was spot on, totally immaculate. Phone feels brand new, shipping was fast and was kept updated throughout.
