This device is absolutely flawless! It works perfectly fine, with no flaws or negatives. I couldn’t tell it wasn’t brand new at all. The battery is also at 100%. It was a big upgrade, and I’m very happy with my purchase. All my family members are big customers of BackMarket, so after many recommendations, this was my first purchase. The phone arrived in perfect condition, with a 100% full battery which retains its charge overnight.. I transferred my data from my old iPhone SE via iCloud backup but was unable to transfer my apps and desktop layout as explained on YouTube, so I am in the process of reinstalling them manually. Perhaps Back Market could recommend a video. I am struggling with the operation and navigation, which are different to what I have been used to, but expect they will become familiar with time. I have kept my old iPhone SE and shall transfer my phone number when all that's done. Back Market's very fair trade-off offer of £29 just was not worth the hassle of losing it. Also it will serve as a backup.
