Amazing phone at an incredibly good price. First time on back market, and first time buying a refurbished phone. I will never get a new one again! Great condition. I bought a “good” and there are some minuscule scratches on the back case, if you look for them closely, and not at all noticeable through the clear cover I also bought on here. Phone works perfectly. Wouldn’t know it was refurbished, it’s so good. If, like me, you’re hesitant, just go for it, you won’t be disappointed. Guaranteed for a year, so we’ll see, but as the model was only released in 2023, I have high hopes! Also, camera is phenomenal, but you’ll have read the reviews to know that!

My first time using Back Market so was a bit apprehensive, but I'm super happy with my phone! Phone looks in perfect condition to me. Battery life seems great. Would definitely use again in the future!

This is my second Iphone i have purchased from Back Market and like my last Iphone this Iphone 14 it is in perfect condition, Not a mark on it and it performs perfectly. I would recommend This company to every one and i will buy again in the future.

I ordered the blue iPhone 13 and I got a call to say they don’t have the blue one but I could have a red or a midnight colour. I chose the midnight and when came the phone was spotless and worse well. Definitely recommend this place for buying phones. I went for excellent and no even one scratch! Battery seems fine too.

Absolutely over the moon with my purchase. I would never know this was a refurbished phone as it looked new on arrival and works brilliantly. Even happier knowing I’ve reduced my carbon footprint through recycling. Never buying new again.

Condition listed as good, but its really good. Only ever buy refurbished. Delivered on time and packaged well. Nothing bad about this!

Was hesitant to order at first but when I received my refurbished phone I was presently surprised. I went for the excellent condition option and the phone is like new, couldn’t fault it, would definitely buy another refurbished phone from here in the future. The trade in process is also very simple and straight forward

Must admit I was a bit dubious about ordering a refurbished iPhone from Back Market on line, but reading all the great comments I decided to go ahead… I definitely had no need to worry, my iPhone 13 Pro arrived on time, very well packed and in mint condition….. The cost was just under £500 for a “excellent condition”in gold coloured, just what I wanted, I am very pleased with my phone and would highly recommend anyone to use this company
