loads of information about the spec and appearance, mine looked like new! My first Mac so steep learning curve for me, I assumed a back up hard drive would work to take my PC onto Mac but not. I expect there is a way but I didn’t want everything imported but of course not the fault of back market! I had already had an Iphone from back market which had a fault and was replaced straight away. I haven’t found anything wrong with my glorious macbook and am getting to know it now. 10/10 for backmarket keeping it all flowing around and out of land fill.

Product is good so far on day 1. Product got delivered early than committed. Excellent product without even a single scratch. Slight heating on charging but can be neglected for now. In summary, another great experience with Back market. Highly recommended.

Came looking better than expected! Practically brand new (only thing showing it isn’t is the battery). Arrived very quick, ordered 12th and arrived 16th. Packaged great and was sturdy, came with original box and charger. Battery was at 88%. For ‘excellent’ quality I was expecting a little more than that but can’t complain at all, the money i’m saving on buying pre loved can be used to replace the battery (when needed).

I received the laptop exactly 12 days ago. It was delivered very professionally with the original box and it was in a great condition. So far I am pleased with the laptop. I think the real performance can only be assessed in the next couple of months.
