These AirPods are perfect for me. The newer version are too big in my ears and keep falling out! So I’m very happy with these ones. They arrived in very quick time and are in perfect condition despite my ordering fair condition . Bought this for my son and he’s really pleased. Looks brand new and battery health is 100%. I’d never really thought about buying a refurbished product recently as a couple of iPhones I bought from eBay many years ago turned out to be bad experiences. Anyway, a friend suggested I try Back Market and for about a £100 more than a Fitbit, I purchased this Apple Watch. It’s fantastic. I will probably buy one for myself when my Fitbit conks out.

I had initially ordered from Amazon refurbished but when it came, it was not in "excellent" condition at all, very scratched, a spot on the display and I am now battling to get a refund. I then ordered from Backmarket and was absolutely delighted with the quality - not a mark on it, looks like it has never been used. My son is delighted and it works like a dream! Ordered 2 phones that arrived by due date. Both phones in perfect condition. Only indication the phones were refurbished as opposed to new is that the battery on one phone was at 94%. Would happily buy from this company again.
