I got this for my daughter to replace her very old Samsung a8. She is very happy with the phone as it's bigger and much faster, and looks great. She mainly plays games and there's no lag with this phone. There aren't really any signs of use and the battery life is brilliant.

I have had a great experience, the phone arrived quickly and it perfectly matched the condition. It is like a new phone just didn't come in the original box. But that's not a complaint, it was well packed and works a treat. The cash back offer was agreed and the system has been very easy to navigate. Iwill definitely use Back Market again.

In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.

I spent 6 days without a phone connection and tried two different mobile providers before we discovered that the unlocked phone I had paid for was actually locked and unusable. Terrible supplier. Still waiting for my refund. Unimpressed.

All good; there was some "fun" with the delivery but really, just one of those things. It works well and not bad price. Recommended

the only reason I dropped a star is because it was sent in two Amazon boxes crudely tapped up and together. Other than the the VR works and is in the condition described.

As described. works fine. Good price too. However, this was bought as a birthday present, the packaging was a little disappointing. room for improvement perhaps?

I ordered a i7 1tb and was sent a i5 512gb - blatant as the delivery slips even showed they knew they were sending me the wrong item - honestly you should remove vendors who do things like this asap - it’s terrible and borders on fraud

Delivery took ages, only to get the complete wrong device - I ordered the 7 pro solar and received the 7X solar which was massive and of course an older model, I wasn’t contacted about the change or offered any compensation… furthermore the touchscreen on the device was completely unusable and unresponsive and the screen flickers. Really disappointing and I don’t think I will be buying from here again.
