This is second time using Back Market and again, my experience was excellent. Overall, my experience with Back Market had been great. I received a high-quality reconditioned mobile phone in excellent condition, the purchasing process was smooth and efficient, and the customer service was commendable.

My refurbished phone arrived the next day after I placed my order. The phone is in excellent condition and I transferred all the info/apps/contacts etc using the Smart Switch app in about 15-20 mins. I am extremely happy with the quality of the phone and the service I received.

Amazing value iPhone 11 Pro Max with 100% battery health! I did weeks of research into all the refurbished sellers and decided to go with Backmarket and I couldn’t be more impressed. Bought in “good” condition but it looks and functions like a brand new phone at a fraction of the cost. I’ll be buying from them again in the future.

Needed to update myself as it would seem you cannot now live without an iphone. Bought a reconditioned iphone7 from Backmarket with my fingers crossed. Absolutely delighted with the condition and working of the phone, together with the service and follow up from Backmarket. I am now a reconditioned 77 year old! Thank you Backmarket. Brilliant. Broke my screen and it was cheaper to buy a reconditioned phone in a very good condition rather than replace the screen. Bought like for like, and am very satisfied with the phone and the service. Everything was exactly as detailed. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my refurbished Samsung s23. It looked brand new. Better than I was expecting!

My purchase was fine, but the trade-in on my old model did not work for me as your app for locating the nearest drop-off point for returns identified a depot in London. I live over 100 miles north of London!

Device arrived as described and had a normal life until it failed (Although this was as a result of aging, and was to be excepted eventually.) Returned under warranty (Screen is costly to fix so it is understandable) Didn't come with official cables, but they worked. The device was great and I recommend this seller, quick to respond and even offer refund past 30 days.
