Opened it up and it hadn't been air dusted inside (hairs and dust from previous use) which seems like a minimum for a "refurbished unit". But has run well and happy with the performance for the price.

The phone was delivered on time in good condition. Although it works well for most apps, I found it impossible to transfer data from my android phone to the Iphone 7, even with the help of a store technician. Additionally, the Iphone does not appear to install the Gmail app which caused me some frustration and wasted effort. Overall, however, I do like the phone.

Unfortunately the monitor is not compatible with the connection on my laptop. It is not hight adjustable. I had to return it for another monitor. Delivery was really quick and efficient though, thank you

Really good device in 2025, works perfectly and came in really good condition considering they sold it as fair quality.

The iMac was very good value at £190 for a 10 year old computer. The screen and keyboard were in good condition but the Mighty Mouse trackball is gunged up and will only scroll down. The screen resolution is a bit blurry compared to the newer models but that's just showing its age. I can only run Macos Catalina which is a bit disappointing as it is a long way backwards from Sonoma. Maybe your specs could be more accurate instead of saying: "will run the highest OS supported" and leaving us to guess what that could be. Overall very good value and I'm still a big fan of Backmarket.
