All went smoothly; was delivered much faster than I thought. Perfect condition, working excellently. Using it for both DS and GBA games and haven't run into any problems. Really prefer the more bare-bones nature of older consoles. No articles or updates or DLC. You buy the game and if you don't like it you don't play it. Hoping this will last much longer than my Switch, which stopped working 5 years after getting it brand new. Shame nothing is built to last anymore.

fantastic to be playing on the Wii again - no notes or performance issues

Impressed, charges quickly and sits neatly beside the old xbox 360. No worries about battery failure during a session, and cable free controllers, always available and tidy storage for them when not in use. What's not to like.

disc tray was stuck upon first use but a good tap on the top of the xbox unstuck it and everything works perfectly. Don't try to get a refund if this happens to you, it's likely an effect of transport. The only thing I have as a slight negative is the fan is really loud but that's just the vintagesness of the 360. Bought myself a bunch of games I had on my Xbox 360 slim so that I could carry on playing them.

Brought this as a surprise present for our son who lives away from home. He loves it, connected easily, came with all the cables and a remote - he was also able to download a few free games who was great. Only gripe, wish there was an option to say it’s a gift as the receipt was in the box (luckily I managed to intercept it!)

Counterfeit item sold to me - bought a DualShock 4 Controller from this refurbisher via BackMarket only to receive it and find that the controller is a counterfeit. My PS4 notified me of an unofficial controller being connected, the joystick inputs were off by a long way, and the controller felt bad in the hands, far too thick and clunky. This seller is charging premium prices for a fake product - avoid at all costs. This makes me not trust or want to shop with BackMarket, as they clearly do not do their due diligence over their refurbishers.

I had my doubts that I could get an Xbox 360 for approx £300 less than new. Its not going to work is it? Well, arrived nearly a week earlier than expected and works brilliantly. I couldn't be more impressed or more happy. Thank you Back Market.

The Wii works perfectly and enjoying both games however the remote that it came with does not work at all and required me to purchase another one.
