Keyboard didn't work when it arrived. The Ctrl button was always on I couldn't get it to stop. Then I realised that several other letters didn't work, no matter how hard I pressed them. The purchasing and delivery process was smooth, but the item itself simply didn't work.

More inane and unhelpful comms. You can tell a good company by tbe way they deal with problems as these do arise. you are not a good company
