Keyboard didn't work when it arrived. The Ctrl button was always on I couldn't get it to stop. Then I realised that several other letters didn't work, no matter how hard I pressed them. The purchasing and delivery process was smooth, but the item itself simply didn't work.

order was late, tracking number wrong, little to no meaningful and timely communication so I cancelled the order and ordered one somewhere else. continued to receive inane messages and then the item was delivered. More inane and unhelpful comms. You can tell a good company by tbe way they deal with problems as these do arise. you are not a good company
