    When they say excellent, they mean excellent! It looks like new, no imperfections. Very cute, reminds me of my first iPhone which is the 4s one. Came with a cable and wired earphone. Nostalgic really! 🥹 I had a bit hard time to add songs from my Apple Music because my mac is type C, no USB so i had to buy lighting to C cord. After that, all is well.     The laptop looks brand new - I'm very impressed with the quality as I would never know it was refurbished. Outstanding value. The sound card didn't work when it arrived but reinstalled the audio drivers, so that was a quick fix. Other than that, blown away by how new the laptop looks and feels. I don't think I'll be paying full price for a new one ever again!
