The laptop is absolutely spotless, literally. It looks like a factory fresh model, I was genuinely shocked at the quality of its condition. The order took less than a week, from payment to delivery, with full package tracking throughout. The laptop was well protected in custom deep fit bubblewrap, except for a triangular dent in the box, a corner impact most likely. Perhaps adding a mandatory "Fragile" marking, on all laptop/monitor/tablet etc, screen based item delivery boxes, to avoid the slightly blasé delivery person, ruining your day on the last leg. A big pat on the back to the Prem Tech team who did the refurbishment, the laptop runs perfectly and is insanely good value, which helps cash strapped folks (like me), get an essential study/working tool like this, without re-mortgaging your house! Thank you very much!!

The laptop is so fast. What I love the most about this laptop are the speakers, hence it has 4 speakers, thus 2 at the front and 2 at the back. I also admire the screen HD quality, like when I'm watching something on Netflix or BET+ I feel like im in my own mini movie theatre... Thank you Back Market

Perfect condition, inside and out, had a few new hardware components put in (fan, battery) and had the software completely updated to newest, surprised at how fast it is, for how cheap! Very happy with this purchase

Honestly, this is the first time I m buying from Back Market. The laptop works nicely and well too. It also looks very neat too. Actually it came out better than I expected.. It was really a good deal . I will certainly buy another device when the need arises

Received it the next day after purchase which is very fast. This laptop looks like new and works very fast. Webcam works great. Didn’t know it can take a sim card and work like mobile too, that one’s new. I was a little too sceptical before but since second time buying from this app and… I’m definitely recommending buying from Back Market 10/10. Definitely buying again next time, cheers!

The Dell laptop ordered was delivered quickly and worked fine except that one of the keys was a not sitting quite right. On removing the key found that the key clip was missing a tiny lug that held it together. Bought a replacement clip online from a well-known used items website rather than send the unit back under guarantee since was not sure if the guarantee covered this and didn't want to have to wait before using the laptop.

Pleased once again with a swift delivery and sustainable packaging as I've come to expect from BackMarket (third-time customer). The laptop was in really good condition - just a few scratches underneath but otherwise looked brand new. Only slight frustration was that it needed a Windows update straight out of the box so it was slow initially - I had (perhaps mistakenly) assumed the refurbished would take care of this before shipping so it would be running smoothly on arrival. Maybe this is normal with refurbished laptops. It's running perfectly now. I'll certainly use and BackMarket again without hesitation.
