    I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the device. It's a definite upgrade to my last PC. I wasn't expecting there to be files on there from the previous owner but I was able to quickly wipe those.

    Unfortunately back market have been less than helpful on this occasion, I have bought from them many times for most of my tech needs and I've never had an issue previously. Shipping was really quick and the refurbisher had dispatched promptly, there was an issue with the left mouse button which meant it kept sticking when I got it and I got in contact with support for help. They offered me a £30 voucher if I wished to keep the laptop but I wanted to return for a refund and so I did. I took pictures, as requested for the return and off it went. I got confirmation of them recieving the laptop back on the 31st December. I understand this is a bank holiday and with this time of year things will be more delayed however back market support told me the refurbisher had 2 working days to issue a refund. It's now the 9th and I have no updates or any sign of my refund. I've reached out to request why this is the case and haven't heard anything back. I will update my review when I have my money back.
