ordered iPhone 12, have been waiting almost two week for update on tracking information to come back today to find somehow it was delivered 26/09/24, when the item itself has not even shipped until 27/09/24. how? best avoid this entire company. customer service is also not helpful, computer generated messages with no real solution to your issues.

Gave this to my son today fully charged. He used the phone for approximately 30 minutes and then went out for an hour just with the phone in his pocket. While out his phone battery died. To last such a short time is not what I have cooked to expect from this company.

Didn't come with a box which wasn't stated. Back of the phone was dirty and greasy. I just hope it works. It's a present for my mum.

I bought the iPhone 2 days ago and arrived yesterday. It’s very faulty. The screen is not original, there is problems with the sensors and the Face ID doesn’t work at all. I put a complaint but they asked me to return the phone back to them and deliver it in 3 working days again which I can’t afford because I have no phone at all, and I do everything with my phone. So is not ideal to return back. I spent £200 for a brand new phone and is completely faulty. Scammers
