amazing, good quality for the price sometimes it doesn't work whilst on charge but that's the only downside for 128gb and around 86 pound I can't really complain bought it as a gift for my little sister she loves it for school, Roblox and watching Netflix

The outside of the package said "Good" which I took to mean the condition of the case. I was wrong. It was immaculate! I bought this for my partially sighted husband who has had goodness knows how many problems with things meant for those with physical & sight problems. This is fab. All he wants is there and no scrolling through to get xyz, he just needs to press on the screen or use siri. I've now bought him a casing & screen to military standards - it needs to be; one of his last ones, drowned in hot cocoa. Full marks on speed of deleivery

I chose the cheapest Samsung I could find online for my son. I am expecting it to get lost or broken, so keeping the cost down was important. I bought a phone in "fair" condition and to be honest, for the price I paid, my expectations were low. I was sent a phone in much better condition than I expected. The battery life is spot on. I am very pleased with everything from the range of choice Back Market offer, the prices and the speed of delivery. All round

Great experience until the battery swelled up and not had long, daughter has since gone and gotten a replacement battery and all is good with phone again but considering its not been a whole month yet would have thought battery would have been a new one.

I bought a refurbished iPhone XS in 'Excellent' condition on 9th July 2022, which didn't last very long as on 16th February 2024, I woke up to the nasty surprise of an exploding phone about one foot away from my face. Left with some nasty burns and very disappointed - will certainly not be purchasing any item from here again.
