    I was hesitant about buying a new phone from a company I hadn’t heard of, but this was a thoroughly easy service. The bonus of it being refurbished to help the environment was the cherry on the cake. I have been recommending BackMarket to my friends.

    I bought a refurbished iPhone XS in 'Excellent' condition on 9th July 2022, which didn't last very long as on 16th February 2024, I woke up to the nasty surprise of an exploding phone about one foot away from my face. Left with some nasty burns and very disappointed - will certainly not be purchasing any item from here again.

    For a supposedly ‘VERY GOOD’ condition phone the battery health is on 81%, this should not in any way be classed as ‘VERY GOOD’. Sold as “REFURBISHED” but has literal dirty around the screen and back camera like it has just been taken out of the case and sold to me. My disappointment is immeasurable, will be taking further steps.
