Very pleased with my refurbished iPhone 13 which was received quickly after placing order. Condition is good, as described, and battery life and responsiveness are very substantially improved compared to my previous phone. I have purchased from Back Market previously and trust their service and competitive pricing.

My wife needed a new iphone as her old one had packed up, I have never bought a reconditioned phone before so this is my first time using Backmarket, I chose the iphone 13 pro max, and decided to use the staff pick of good, I was naturally apprehensive about it. The phone turned up the next day and I was blown away by the condition, very hard to see any marks on it whatsoever, so happy with it that I am now about to order a Pixel 8 Pro for myself, again in good condition, fingers crossed it will also be superb. Big thank you to Backmarket and will defineately recommend you to others.

I was honestly a bit sceptical about purchasing a refurbished phone...but I needn't have been!! The whole process was easy & efficient. Delivered on time & the packaging was very good. The phone itself was exactly as described if not better. Battery is good, no scuffs or marks. So far the phone is working perfectly & I have a very happy daughter who's over the moon with her iPhone 14 Pro

I was pleasantly surprised. Having not opted for a ‘like new’ product, I expected some minor cosmetic damage. This was not the case. The phone is in great condition and so far so good on all other fronts.

Good price for quality refurbished iPhone 14. Happy with Back Market service too! Much better than buying brand new. Chose a ‘Very Good’ level of refurbishment which is great. Barely a mark on the casing and screen is perfect. Fully functional. Only thing is - the battery was guaranteed to be ‘at least 85%’ of original charging capacity. And that’s what it is - 85% 🤷 (My wife’s new phone though from Back Market has a brilliant 98%!!!) Luck of the draw!

First time buying a refurbished phone, definitely won't be the last time! Chose a 'Good' condition iPhone 11 and it is absolutely immaculate, not a mark on it! Delivered within 2 days, beautifully packaged in a new box with new charging cable. Fantastic job Back Market! Feeling really good about helping the environment and you have certainly helped my bank balance.

Over the moon with my purchase ordered it and was delivered the next day being a pensioner was a bit apprehensive in transferring all my information from my iPhone 8 but I should not of been did everything myself no help needed as for my new. Refurbished iPhone 12. Was in perfect condition lovely colour and what value for money would highly recommend back market great service many thanks

absolutely perfect!! i ordered the iphone 12 pro in good condition and there are ZERO faults. the phone feels as if it’s brand new; it’s not slow, battery life is as it should be and there are no visible scratches to the eye!! i was sceptical ordering refurbished phones but this has definitely changed my view on this. no complaints!! 10/10
