Coming from someone who has never bought a phone second hand, I decided to upgrade from my Samsung S21 to IPhone 15 Pro Max and I’m not going to buy a new phone again. The phone I bought with “good” quality, battery is 86% health but with no scratches, dents or ANY faults, absolutely perfect. I would suggest just researching who the refurbish company is that does the phone and if they’re good or not. Worth it.

Overall I am pretty much satisfied with the quick and efficient service. The phone works great. That's all I could say after using it for the first 15hours and the battery is still 50+.

Another brilliant purchase from a really good company providing refurbished tech. My iPhone 13 Pro Max looked like it had come straight from the factory. Pristine, all working and such speedy delivery. Cannot recommend Backmarket enough.

I was pleasantly surprised. Having not opted for a ‘like new’ product, I expected some minor cosmetic damage. This was not the case. The phone is in great condition and so far so good on all other fronts.

Was quite skeptical on purchasing this due to how people have been saying back market is a scam however my experience was perfect no signs of use on screen nor the back. Phone turnt on fine and i went straight to the settings to check the battery which was at 97%. I then plugged the phone into my laptop to verify all parts to see if anything has been removed however everything is all apple products i dont know if i got lucky but my experience was spectacular and i think this was a bit of a steal even for this iphone 15 will possibly be purchasing another device soon to see if i just got lucky or this is legit. However my experience was perfect.

My wife needed a new iphone as her old one had packed up, I have never bought a reconditioned phone before so this is my first time using Backmarket, I chose the iphone 13 pro max, and decided to use the staff pick of good, I was naturally apprehensive about it. The phone turned up the next day and I was blown away by the condition, very hard to see any marks on it whatsoever, so happy with it that I am now about to order a Pixel 8 Pro for myself, again in good condition, fingers crossed it will also be superb. I was honestly a bit sceptical about purchasing a refurbished phone...but I needn't have been!! The whole process was easy & efficient. Delivered on time & the packaging was very good. The phone itself was exactly as described if not better. Battery is good, no scuffs or marks.
