Fast delivery, well package, the phone got a 4 star because of some scratch on the sideline and It's all the time notifying that you have a non-genuine camera part in your phone, maybe they change the camera which is non genuine.but the camera works fine 👍That much can be expected from a refurbished phone. all though i like this phone, i hope I'll come back to backmarket again 👍

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 pro. The phone came from Phones Direct in one of their boxes and was packaged well. To be fair the phone was as described and in excellent condition no scratched or marks on the case or screen, in fact it looked like a brand new phone. I haven't had an iPhone before because I usually use Samsung but I loved the phone and tried it for ten days, unfortunately it kept shutting down and starting back up for no reason, hence the 4*. This happened about six times that I know of in the ten days I had it, while web browsing and also during a phone call and a WhatsApp call. I suspect it was happening more often when I was not actually using it and I did not know. Rather than fuss about with repairs I've sent it back for a refund because it is well within the 30 days and I did not want to lose my right of a refund. The returns process was simple and I've just had a message to say that it's been delivered back to them, so now I'm just waiting for my refund. To be honest I think I was just unlucky this time so as soon as my refund hits my bank account I'll try again and order another one to replace it, maybe a different colour to make sure I don't get the sam...

I have been buying refurbished mobiles for the past few years since I discovered they existed and I will never buy new mobiles again. This latest buy for my daughter is as my daughter put it " as good as a new phone, I can't tell it isn't new " ! I hadn't told her I'd got her a new iPhone to replace her broken iPhone 11 so when she opened a beautiful pale pink iPhone 13 she was jumping up & down shouting " how did you afford this" ? Great experience with Back Market. Everything went smoothly, phone arrived nearly packaged and in pristine condition. 91% battery and not a blemish on the case or screen. I could not have afforded this particular model, even at current market value from Apple, so I’m mightily impressed and pleased I decided to gamble on a refurbished phone. First time not buying from apple refurbished and do not regret it. Ordered “good” condition so was expecting some marks but it looks brand new. Not a single mark on the phone. Will 100% be using back market in the future.
