Overall I am pretty much satisfied with the quick and efficient service. The phone works great. That's all I could say after using it for the first 15hours and the battery is still 50+.

Another brilliant purchase from a really good company providing refurbished tech. My iPhone 13 Pro Max looked like it had come straight from the factory. Pristine, all working and such speedy delivery. Cannot recommend Backmarket enough.

I was pleasantly surprised. Having not opted for a ‘like new’ product, I expected some minor cosmetic damage. This was not the case. The phone is in great condition and so far so good on all other fronts.

My wife needed a new iphone as her old one had packed up, I have never bought a reconditioned phone before so this is my first time using Backmarket, I chose the iphone 13 pro max, and decided to use the staff pick of good, I was naturally apprehensive about it. The phone turned up the next day and I was blown away by the condition, very hard to see any marks on it whatsoever, so happy with it that I am now about to order a Pixel 8 Pro for myself, again in good condition, fingers crossed it will also be superb. I was honestly a bit sceptical about purchasing a refurbished phone...but I needn't have been!! The whole process was easy & efficient. Delivered on time & the packaging was very good. The phone itself was exactly as described if not better. Battery is good, no scuffs or marks. So far the phone is working perfectly & I have a very happy daughter who's over the moon with her iPhone 14 Pro

First time buying a refurbished phone, definitely won't be the last time! Chose a 'Good' condition iPhone 11 and it is absolutely immaculate, not a mark on it! Delivered within 2 days, beautifully packaged in a new box with new charging cable. Fantastic job Back Market! Over the moon with my purchase ordered it and was delivered the next day being a pensioner was a bit apprehensive in transferring all my information from my iPhone 8 but I should not of been did everything myself no help needed as for my new. The phone arrived with 0 marks, scratches dents nicks or signs of use. The battery was also brand new with 0 use cycles manufactured in May 2025. My device was also almost brand new first registered 9 days before purchase. This allows me to add apple care if I wish. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase, my only critique is that the included usb c charger could have been higher quality given this is a “premium” level refurbishment but this doesn’t affect the device in anyway
