    Very pleased with my refurbished ThinkPad. It arrived super quickly (next day) and in good working order. Condition is great, does not look/feel like brand new but better than 'fair'. It's a 'proper' laptop and doesn't feel super fancy or modern but does the job for what I need at a great price.

    As a 90 yr old somewhat intimidating!! BUT the keys are bigger so easier to Type on than my small tablet!!! But I would have liked a booklet with more info!! I can’t cope with so much to read on Screen! Especially HIw to make the Type larger please …. I do not have a clever Grandson handy

    so far, so good. Great packaging and presentation from the third-party sellers. The casing on both halves has been covered or amended with identical colour casing, but I imagine that was necessary. 'Fair' condition is totally fine for me; some nicks here and there and a few dead pixels off centre of the screen, but it doesn't matter at all for my usage and is barely noticeable. Had an older OS, one or two before Monterey 12.7, which I upgraded to almost immediately. Battery charges very quickly and holds when browsing internet, watching videos and other low-level usage. Great value for money, overall, although I haven't necessarily put it through its' paces with different usage yet - video calling, music editing etc.

    Powered up after charging, it felt like it was brand new and worked so quickly. Condition of the chromebook was as expected, few minor scratches on chassis and couple of defects on the screen, but this didn't ruin the screen. The packaging was brilliant, the padding stopped it getting ruined in transit overall a great buy for the money, just hope it lasts now that my 11 year old son us going to get it for Xmas.

    Quick delivery, bought Chromebook in "fair" condition but only 1 mark on the outside case. Slight issue with pixellation on top left of screen at first but faded with use. Touchpad a little less sensitive in some areas but fine overall. Hardest thing to get used to has been the change in position of some of the punctuation keys, particularly the @, which on my old Toshiba chromebook was by the :; key, but on here is on the 2 key! A very good buy overall. Thanks for providing the opportunity to buy re-conditioned Chromebooks! Just a shame you didn't want my old Tosh as a trade in, but fair's fair - it is ancient!
