    Phone arrived quickly and was as expected for one marked as Very Good condition i.e. visually perfect. I had a query re battery life which was responded to by Back Market within their 24 hour time limit - response was detailed and very helpful. Excellent customer service

    Phone kept powering off and rebooting. Now unable to transfer the data back to old phone and in danger of missing trade-in and refund deadlines. Need to return phone for replacement but can't be without it. No phone helpline, and awaiting email response. Has caused a lot of anxiety and wasted hours of time.

    This was not the fault of Back Market, though they were not very effective in resolving it, and unlikely to be the fault of the actual supplier, but for unknown reasons DHL sent the item from my local depot to Bangalore in India instead of delivering it to me. After a long delay it was sent to Leipzig in Germany where it was further delayed. As this was a Christmas present and appeared unlikely to arrive in time I had to buy a last minute replacement at a higher price and then reject the original item when it eventually arrived. Hopefully a one-off problem as I have had good service from Back Market in the past.
