Super happy with my galaxy S10e bought from Back Market. Arrived safely and is in perfect condition as far as I can see, even though it was described as 'good'. Brilliant battery life and easy to use and perfect size. Really reassured by the 30 day money back guarantee, even though i won't be needing it. 1 year warranty is super reassuring just in case. Definitely using Back Market again.

Received my Samsung Galaxy S10 a couple of days after ordering. Delivered by DHL. Well packaged, and excellent condition as described on the web page advert. Data transferred within a couple of hours using Samsung Switch. Up and running, perfect, very happy with the mobile. Regards Richard

Bought this for an elderly relative with health issues who had lost their previous iPhone. He is thrilled with it as it doesn’t appear to be damaged in any way and is able to perform all the necessary tasks he needs it for. Back market has a simple to use website and was very efficient in getting the product to me swiftly and the whole transaction was good value for money. I will recommend in the future.

Am a really happy bunny phone is awesome unlike my last one have gotten a case for this one so I'll use it more already a fixture on Dog walks for my music, and now need to worry about battery as it lasts ages before need to charge, am using this way more than my S8 and is almost replacing my tablet, already tell people how good you are and how much they could save defenetly recommend to everyone many thanks.

Received phone in good order and working as expected - based on "Good" condition there are no noticeable scratches or dents to the phone and screen is in pristine condition. Phone is operating as expected and besides a flurry of system updates has been the perfect replacement for my old Honor10. Highly recommend and would use again!

Very happy with my new device! I say new as the condition was so close to new that it was hard to tell the difference! It arrived quickly and it would be difficult to fault either the buying experience, the refurbisher or the handset. Other colours were available but pleased I went with yellow. A great look. Nobody else can pick it up by mistake either. This replaces a refurbed sony xperia that I used for over 5 years. It was easy to adapt to the samsung. I hope it lasts as long as the sony. I've been singing backmarket's praises to anyone who cares to listen.
