I hadn't realised quite how bad my old phone had got. I ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy A54 unlocked- wow what a difference. The phone itself has NOT a mark on it, it literally looks like new! Straight out of the box I was really happy with my decision and my purchase, it was a revelation being my first time purchasing a mobile out of a contract ...... never going back, thank you Backmarket.

The iPad is basically brand new came in original box and with the original charger. No scratch in sight too. It was never even charged as per the battery report. Battery is at 100%. So I can still register for apple care, had 57 days left to register 💃🏿 literally brand new. And the first use written is August, I ordered this on the 3rd of September and received it on the 5th of September. Super past delivery and good packaging. I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro Max to be in fair condition with a new battery and free shipping. The phone arrived 1 or 2 days later so super fast shipping in absolute mint condition. There’s a slight scratch on the top of my phone to the left however not noticeable can’t even see it with a clear case on. The battery is at 100% health and lasts me basically all day. I’m super happy with my order and I’ve already ordered something else off back market. Really highly recommend!

Having had Iphones previously it too me a little time to get my head around the android, I am nearly 60!! I was not able to transfer all my photos due to lack of space, so looking into that at the moment, must be able to increase storage. On the whole very pleased with the refurbished phone, it is like new, battery life is good, and now finding my way around easier. Photos are very clear and quality is good. Yes, very pleased with my purchase.
