I bought the 16 pro max in premium condition. I feel like this is the way to go, it’s basically like getting a new phone but without the apple box. The screen is in perfect condition NO SCRATCHES. Perfect condition. Product was in an Apple Refurbished box. Came with charging cable. Premium condition was correct. Only 3 cycles on the battery and first use was less than 12 months ago which is great for a 2024 model.

Honestly, I wasn't sure about purchasing a refurbished phone as this was the first time I did it , but 10/10 Black Market, is exactly as described and you get what you payed for , the phone works perfectly, has no scratches, looks and works like a new one . I hadn't realised quite how bad my old phone had got. I ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy A54 unlocked- wow what a difference. The phone itself has NOT a mark on it, it literally looks like new! Straight out of the box I was really happy with my decision and my purchase, it was a revelation being my first time purchasing a mobile out of a contract ...... never going back, thank you Backmarket.
