    Perfect condition, not a single scratch or dent. Bought for my dad as he needed a new phone. He said the battery on this phone lasts a long time which is really good, he’s barely having to charge it. It’s also the same size an my iPhone 15 bro max so that’s also a benefit as it means he’s not having to look at a small screen. For the price, it’s deffo worth it. I first bought him the s25 but the screen was too small but this is deffo an upgrade

    Was a bit cautious about ordering a refurbished phone but I didn't want to lay out loads of money on a new phone and be tied into a 2 or 3 year contract. Absolutely thrilled with my S24 which is an upgrade from my S21 which did me proud for about 5 years. The S24 arrived I think the next day, was in mint condition and all works fine!     The iPad was delivered very promptly and was extremely well packaged. Unfortunately it proved unsuitable because I am disabled and I found it too heavy to pick up.     Perfect all worked as it should but after about 3-4 weeks screen becomes less responsive especially when reading newspaper, would not zoom in or out. Rebooted then ok but keeps reverting to problem. In the end wouldn’t operate the reboot no matter how I tried to slide. Had to run battery flat to reboot. Tried to contact you in various ways but found it implosive even the phone number said not answering calls. Will be interesting to see if we get any response to this review
