    The laptop is awesome and in brilliant condition. It is labelled as good but there’s not a mark on it! The only issue has been it hasn’t been upgraded to Windows 11 as stated. There has also been stacks of Windows updates back logged that I’ve had to get through and the laptop still hasn’t upgraded to Win11. This hasn’t caused any issues and I’ve loaded Microsoft Office totally fine but would have expected the updates to have been completed as they were old. Had that happened I would have given 5 stars easily.

    Great condition. Delivered promptly. My only issue is with the tablet itself being awkward to install my prefered apps. It doesnt like google. Huawei app store is useless. No problems with back market service. It would be nice if you could mention app compatability in the description or offer a quick guide for setting up.
