Ordered a Galaxy Fold 4 in 'Fair' condition from Meelie Mobile on 18th of December and arrived next day mid-afternoon. Apart from a few micro scratches and bleam on the cover screen (both which are only really visible from bright indoor lighting and not visible when the screen is on) and a few minor marks on the body, the device was in solid condition; the inside folding screen is pristine. No problems whatsoever Overall a very good deal and would be from this store again.

I’m very happy with my iphone16, such a difference from my old iPhone SE. I can honestly say I was a bit dubious about buying a reconditioned phone, but I read the reviews for Back Market and I felt reassured that if anything went wrong, it would be put right straight away. I was slightly disappointed that I didn’t get the full amount quoted for my old device, but I’m happy that it can be reused. All things considered, very happy with my purchase.

The part exchange process is confusing to say the least. The item was at your refurbisher and you kept sending mail saying I should send it back. Perhaps your team should report on receiving the product. By that communication you convinced me the return was lost and you wasted my time and that of your customer service team.

I was a little nervous buying basically second hand and as I'm not a phone snob going for 'Fair' condition. Well I needn't have worried! Firstly delivery was promised within, I think, a week - it arrived within 48 hrs! The phone is as new, yes there were the slightest of marks around the edge of the screen but I put it in a wallet case and they're gone. It's a new phone to all intents, no one can tell the difference. It works (and obviously as it is only a coupe of years old) it's fast, and as it's been refurbed and reset it is perfect in every way. I can't believe it was £880 18months ago and I gave you only £200 with 12mths warranty included. It would be madness to buy on contract! I know this may sound like it is written by you guys but this is a genuine review from a real customer.

Love this phone. Honestly use it as a normal phone as the front screen is just a little smaller than my S24 but when I need it, it unfolds and boom mini tablet. All my apps adjust to full screen as well. Great bit of kit. Only down side is its a bit weighty so hoping the fold8 will be lighter as will definately upgrade to that. Phone arrived on time and in great condition. Whole Backmarket service was brilliant.
