Initially I was a bit worried that the PC would be up to it as it is very small indeed. However, I put the system together very quickly and had a bit of trouble installing the printer but everything works perfectly. Great product at a great price.

The PC was delivered on time. One minor scratch on the case, which is expected on a used machine. It was clean inside and out with the exception of the case fan: They missed that bit🙂 All worked fine on startup with Windows 11 installed and ready to go!

Almost new condition. Works fine with Windows 10 but the system is 11 capable so now in battle to prevent Microsoft installing that as an "upgrade". Only want system to run one task so may have to revert to Windows 7.

So far so good. Really nice laptop in excellent condition with better specs for the price than anywhere else. Happy to be doing something for the environment and giving used equipment a 2nd life. The 30-day money back and 12-month warranty is reassuring. A great piece of kit, properly loaded with windows - works perfectly!

I ordered this laptop as a personal backup option and am pleased with the product so far - it works well, was in good physical condition (a few scratches but nothing major and just needed a little clean of the keyboard), and was dispatched and delivered quickly. I did encounter an issue with set up but both the BackMarket help team and the original seller were amazing - the original seller actually called me personally to discuss and explain the issue I had been having, and I really appreciate that.

Very happy with the laptop. It's in great condition and so far everything is working perfectly. Delivery was fast and it arrived well packed.

Another great purchase from Backmarket. I needed a drive to store photos and digitised cine film from my childhood in the 1960's so I can bore my grandchildren with how much better things were in the olden days. This is the perfect "nostalgia diary" and good value too...important now I've reached my "bus pass" era...

ITEM IS REALLY GOOD & AS DESCRIBED. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE I HAVE WHICH IS A PERSONAL THING, IS IT IS QUITE HEAVY. I DON'T THINK I HAVE EVER HAD SUCH A HEAVY LAP TOP EVEN IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS BUT IF IT LAST BECAUSE IT'S STURDY THEN GREAT.
