    Initially I was a bit worried that the PC would be up to it as it is very small indeed. However, I put the system together very quickly and had a bit of trouble installing the printer but everything works perfectly. Great product at a great price.

    device was in good condition cosmetically and worked other than the battery being shot. Returned it and received a refund as the seller said they couldn't repair it, but I'd have to say that I'd expect a refurbished item to have been checked for a defective battery and if it were defective I'd expect a competent refurbisher to be able to replace it, so less than happy althoghether.

    Excellent communication and outstanding delivery time. Monitor works well and very pleased. Only downside was the backplate on the monitor stand had been assembled 90 degrees out of alignment for connection to monitor. Fortunately I had a slim line spanner and was able to loosen locknut and rotate mounting plate without having to remove the whole assembly. This task may have been beyond a lot of your customers.

    Once ah found that some items were not on this refurbished item had to spend more money on a driver and usb dongle so my wife can get on the INTERNET a warning about this could of saved time, what ah can see now that we are on the internet it works excellently so far earl days

    The PC was delivered on time. One minor scratch on the case, which is expected on a used machine. It was clean inside and out with the exception of the case fan: They missed that bit🙂 All worked fine on startup with Windows 11 installed and ready to go!
