So far so good. Really nice laptop in excellent condition with better specs for the price than anywhere else. Happy to be doing something for the environment and giving used equipment a 2nd life. I ordered this laptop as a personal backup option and am pleased with the product so far - it works well, was in good physical condition (a few scratches but nothing major and just needed a little clean of the keyboard), and was dispatched and delivered quickly. I did encounter an issue with set up but both the BackMarket help team and the original seller were amazing - the original seller actually called me personally to discuss and explain the issue I had been having, and I really appreciate that.

Item is great overall just disappointed that when paying for a good refurbished item it arrives with the trackstick button missing, backmarket needs transparency to note things like this before purchase.

Very happy with the laptop. It's in great condition and so far everything is working perfectly. Delivery was fast and it arrived well packed.

Another great purchase from Backmarket. I needed a drive to store photos and digitised cine film from my childhood in the 1960's so I can bore my grandchildren with how much better things were in the olden days. This is the perfect "nostalgia diary" and good value too...important now I've reached my "bus pass" era...

ITEM IS REALLY GOOD & AS DESCRIBED. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE I HAVE WHICH IS A PERSONAL THING, IS IT IS QUITE HEAVY. I DON'T THINK I HAVE EVER HAD SUCH A HEAVY LAP TOP EVEN IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS BUT IF IT LAST BECAUSE IT'S STURDY THEN GREAT.

Excellent. I am still trying to find any marks / scratches or defects on the laptop. It appears to be in "as new" condition! Very fast and I am very happy with the whole package. I have already recommended Back Market to my children, grandchildren and neighbours. So glad I was recommended to try you. Thanks.

Didn't know what to expect, but I am very satisfied with the phone. It looked brand new and works fine for my purposes. Would use you again as I'm clumsy and often drop and break phones, laptops and tablets. Well done backmarket, it's 5 out of 5 from me. 😁 Will recommend you to anyone looking for an unlocked phone.
