This laptop is in excellent condition—really fast and runs like a charm. There's only one tiny scratch that you practically need a microscope to find, so basically it’s perfect. I’m very happy with it!

Faulty laptop delivered. LED screen not working properly. Battery life is also very short less than 30 minutes. Laptop mouse pad is also not working properly and the laptop hangs alot.

Falsely advertised as containing touchscreen feature. When I contacted BackMarket, they updated the specifications and now telling me that I am lying. They forgot that I took the screenshots before ordered this Laptop. Very disappointed with the deceptive nature of handling my concern. Especially because I've had very good experiences with BackMarket in the past. This time I am more heartbroken than anything else.
