    Was thrilled that the watch I recieved was higher spec than advertised ! Ordered a fenix 7 and recieved a fenix pro solar ! In use I’ve been very happy with it for sleep tracking and especially for full mapping and navigation on foot around London . Works brilliantly . And all for half price !

    Fantastic! Bought a 'fair' condition model, and was expecting scratches etc, and there were none! It's in fantastic condition and I am loving it so far. Was great value, fast delivery. I should have done it ages ago!!

    Fantastic service. The phone arrived, safely packed, in just two working days. When I turned the phone on, I was happily surprised that it was fully charged. Its condition were really excellent, not a single dent or scratch or missing pixel. Data transfer was seamless, so after two weeks I am very happy with my purchase. Finally, using Backmarket I paid my phone 20% less than list price, and reduced its emission impact. So Win Win! Highly recommend service.

    Device was in perfect nick and worked exactly as intended. (The Fitbit is actually pretty limited and I’m going to switch to an Apple Watch but that’s not the seller’s fault)

    Within a month of owning the phone (with a case on it during this month), the screen went black, rendering it unusable. Disappointed but hoping for a smooth resolution, I contacted Back Market's customer service. Here's where things went downhill, with Back Market denying my warranty claim based on very dubious reasons. They claimed the removal integrated screen protector caused "irreversible damage" despite offering no evidence of it being removed (as I hadn't removed it, obviously). Throughout the process, Back Market completely disregarded my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This act guarantees products to be "fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality." Considering the screen issue is a known problem for this phone model, happening so quickly with proper care, it clearly falls short of those standards. Back Market's customer service was frustrating to say the least. My attempts to reason and request evidence for their claims were met with generic replies and a constant push towards contacting Samsung (who, in the end wouldn't be able to help anyway due to it being a refurbished product which voids the Samsung warranty due to 'Identified unauthorized entry into t...
