My new phone is wonderful! It arrived on time, at exactly the quality I ordered it at. If the seal wasn't broken on the original packaging I'd have thought this was a completely new phone fresh out of the factory!

Very straightforward website to filter for exactly what you're after. Clear guidance on quality categories. I'm delighted with my new S21 and pleased to be buying reconditioned rather than new. It came really quickly and was well wrapped - in perfect condition as far as I can tell. Battery is lasting well too.

Excellent item. Ordered fair quality at excellent price and casing was perfect. Ordering was easy, quick and delivery well packaged. Phone has worked perfectly. App downloads work well, camera is amazing, loads of new features compared to my old A3. Planning to use for a v long time. Will definitely use BM again. Happy to always buy refurbished - never new.

Buying was easy and straightforward. I found what I was looking for quickly and there were a few options. Delivery process was not so great. DPD are a nightmare in my area so item anguished in the depot for a few days with no attempt at delivery. As a signature is required I was getting worried that I would be back to work and unable to receive delivery. However, after contacting Backmarket it was finally delivered today. item is great, very pleased and happy with it.

As i am 78 years old with no computer training my review is probably not worth much, however the dell laptop is a pleasure to use mainly because of the speed compared to my old one.

It absolutely won’t tun Edge. I’ve spent 2 hours with a Microsoft guy from the Philippines who couldn’t fix it. I have a scheduled call with a more senior engineer tomorrow. Like 10 days after reporting the problem. Was this a US government machine?
