    Item was top notch nothing visible scratches but only issues was with the drainage of battery so quick even using safari for long time, it you watch videos online the drainage will be quick , it means you have to replace the battery for the good health, asap from battery everything is fine and 16/1000 gb is really good for the amount i paid. And another part i got original box from apple which i didnt expect.

    so first it came with a rubbish battery so had to be repaired then it came back with a broken screen !! i had issues with buying laptops before this and i thought let me use a well known refurbishing company so nothing bad happens but thats life maybe im just cursed with laptops but its a shame customer sevice is great tho

    Buying was easy and straightforward. I found what I was looking for quickly and there were a few options. Delivery process was not so great. DPD are a nightmare in my area so item anguished in the depot for a few days with no attempt at delivery. As a signature is required I was getting worried that I would be back to work and unable to receive delivery. However, after contacting Backmarket it was finally delivered today. item is great, very pleased and happy with it.
