The product has been terrible.Within 1 week the battery and charging system failed leaving me without a laptop during an important project. The customer service has been average and now I need to be without a laptop until the issue is resolved. I will think twice before buying again as I paid a lot of money and the service you advertised is not what I received. I am highly dissapointed and angry

The condition of the watch is incredible, I would say that they have never used it because it has not one or a mark osea nothing impressive at all!!! The only downside I can put is that the tracking has not been very good but not a disaster, the conclusion is that so far it is going perfect I hope it will always be like this jiji, the truth is that I am very happy with this shop.

Product conforms and was delivered several days early. Only the strap is the wrong colour. The main thing is that the product works perfectly and is faultless. I am very satisfied with the product and the service.

Very good experience with the products. As described, only slight signs of use are visible at close range. The charging cable is original from Apple and came in an original holder. The watch itself did not come in its original packaging. And unfortunately it was completely unsecured in the BackMarket box and flew around. I thought that was really bad! Improvement desired... And, the refurbishment process must include cleaning!!! I had to remove the smog from the last carrier from the sensor first... Not good... I'm also missing information about the battery on the product page. Is it checked for performance? Is there a guarantee as to how long it should last?

I bought the watch in "excellent" condition. I am happy with the purchase because it meets the needs I was looking for. While it is true that it is a reconditioned product, I expected a better battery health, as mine despite having 85% initially, after a few charges and a few days of use the current battery health has dropped to 83% (I'm talking about a period between a week and a week and a half). I think this type of product should be guaranteed to have at least 88-90% battery health. Otherwise, being a refurbished product, I expected it might have some scratches and it has, it has a small scratch on the "digital crown" but it is something minimal that does not worry me. As for the service offered by Back Market, I didn't think it was a good thing that they sent a non-original charger with the watch, as in the case of this version, the option of fast charging is lost, as well as not guaranteeing the safe charging of the device. In my opinion, if for some reason they do not send the original charger, in the "box contents" section where it says "charger", they should specify that it is not an original or Apple-certified charger. That is why I had to buy the original charger separat...

Hello refurbished Apple watch works impeccable product like new not disappointed at all I highly recommend back market very good product at first I had doubts to order on this site but frankly you can go with your eyes closed

Ordered in perfect condition and new battery, everything is perfect, battery condition is 100% and the outside of the phone is like new with zero defects. Difficulty getting my iCloud account back but eventually succeeded. The phone doesn't bug and the photo quality is great. Thanks Backmarket (disappointed I didn't get a tempered glass and/or case).

I ordered an iPhone 13 mini 512GB, I chose the Prenium condition. The product was delivered in 48 hours, very fast! However, the packaging was very basic. And my big disappointment at this price was the fact that it wasn't delivered in its original box but in a recycled cardboard box highlighting the ecological aspect of buying a refurbished phone. At this price, you'd like to have the original box, especially in the "premium" category, which normally sells the "top of the range", "design" side and not a vulgar box that is economical first and foremost before being ecological... because the original box has inevitably ended up in the bin. However, the product is in perfect condition. In new condition, with its original cable. I don't think it's ever been used. The battery is in 100% condition. So to conclude, yes I recommend 100% for the product: satisfied, compliant (new condition!). On the other hand, the packaging, zero. It doesn't look very good as a gift...
