Really great service from Back Market! The monitors arrived quickly, the set up was easy, and the display and the condition was great! They still look brand new 11 days later! And the price was good too - £200 for x2 27" monitors Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for refurbished tech!

First class the IPad 10.2 (2021) 9th generation 64Gb came brand new still wrapped up in its original wrapper. Yes it’s 2021 model getting sold in 2024 but thanks a bunch . It was easy to set up beside my old slow iPad and it flys at some pace through the webpages etc . What a fantastic front 12mp camera it’s spot on also . I would and will definitely recommend backmarket again to all my friends etc . Keep up the good work. Andrew

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G phone was almost like new and holds charger really well. The phone was well packaged and came super quickly. I'm more than happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from the seller again.

I was contemplating between purchasing from Apple directly or from here. I’ve never bought any Apple products 2nd hand, mainly because I like the security of having the Apple Warranty, but tried my luck and went with Back Market. To kick things off on a good note, I managed to bag this model (12.9” - 2022 + 5G) for cheaper than the non-cellular option in “excellent” condition. To seal the deal ? The iPad arrived in pristine condition, and it has Apple Warranty till next year January 2025 !!!! What luck right ? Only down hearted part was it literally arrived wrapped in bubble-wrap and no power socket although the listed said so. Was not best please about it, reached out to Back Market to see what they come back with, overall a happy customer and would absolutely recommend.

Item functions well, the only thing that would tell you its used its the strap, was abit discoloured for mine (darker for the used strap) but other than that it doesn't really affect me as straps can be changed. Product working amazing as well. Battery health is at 100% too which is good. Thanks BackMarket!

Phone was delivered very quickly within 2 days of purchase. It included the original box, phone case and charging cable. I bought the phone in excellent condition, it looked intact however on close inspection there was evidence of a light scratch on the back camera lense and a small scuff on the front screen-back market site do mention that the item could have barely visable scratches in their 'condition' description so this was to be expected. As mentioned the marks were only visable on close inspection. The phone worked well and had no issues. Unfortunately I had to return the phone as it was not suitable for what I needed it for. However, I have had a pleasant experience and would buy from back market again.

I'm very happy with the purchase. The laptop is very good and came as new. The delivery was great and it arrived one day earlier than initially expected, but they let me know in advance that it would arrive earlier.

I have had this laptop for several weeks and am very, very pleased with it. even though i used windows in the past getting use to windows 11 is quite a change, however, i actually like windows 11. I will be recommending this site to my friends.

The phone arrived on time (despite a text from DPD saying it would be delayed) and in the promised condition. In fact, I ordered "good" condition and I can't find any scratches on the phone at all so it might as well have been "excellent". Battery has 94% health so well over the minimum 80% promised. Only minor issue was that the charger sent with the phone has a micro USB at the other end and no plug to fit it - my (2 year old) laptop doesn't contain any micro USB ports so I can't actually use the charger! Thankfully my old charger works still so it's ok for now but other people may find this a little annoying.
