I couldn't recommend BackMarket enough! It came within a few days of ordering, works a treat and exactly what I needed! You wouldn't be able to tell that it is refurbished!

Bought it for one of my kids so they could hack on Linux. The hardware seems very nice. it's quite an old laptop so it's been reconditioned well. No problems; no complaints.

the condition of the phone, as always, is better than stated, no surprise in that. thank you. For me the main thing is that I finally found the perfect replacement/upgrade of my well beloved huawei p30 pro, which I thought would never happen. Great phone.

I’ve purchased several items from back market over the last 12 months and all have been better than described. My recent purchase, an Amazon fire HD8 tablet is in great condition. Purchased as a Christmas present so hasn’t been used yet. But with back market excellent customer service I’m not worried about any issues if they arise.

Phone is in excellent condition, but I was disappointed with the battery health. Not much of an improvement on my old Oppo (3.5+ years old) in terms of battery life, despite having higher battery capacity.

Really great service from Back Market! The monitors arrived quickly, the set up was easy, and the display and the condition was great! They still look brand new 11 days later! And the price was good too - £200 for x2 27" monitors Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for refurbished tech!

Excellent purchase, super pleased with it! The laptop is practically new and worked like a charm straight out of the box. The one slight detail I can notice is that the keys are a bit slow to respond, but it's barely perceptible. I got an amazing laptop for £400 less than new. This is not my first refurbished laptop, I prefer to buy refurbished because I don't believe in the latest tech every year and want to minimize waste. It is my first purchase from BackMarket, and I am super satisfied with both the quality of my product and of the service. Will recommend and use again

My new Surface computer arrived sooner than indicated (great!) and was in really tidy condition. The spec of the machine once it was powered up matches that advertised. All good! Even though I've bought used a few times now, and on the whole have had a good experience, I still can't alleviate my slight anxiety in ordering something with some uncertainty of quality or an error somewhere in accurately describing the specification. Hopefully more good experiences like this one will give me more confidence - and of course it's saved me a load of money because buying used is so much cheaper than buying new, and really without any compromise on performance. I'm happy with this purchase. Hopefully it will last as long as the last one.

Tiny chip near the camera but besides that it works flawlessly and has the perfect screen size for what I use it for. The Touch ID button is good and works but not very well with a case on the iPad battery health is very good charged it once in a week
