This was my first experience of buying an item on backmarket. I have to say that the process was very smooth from ordering, payment and then communication during the delivery phase. Arrived as promised and, well it’s an iPad, clean and no visible markings. Works fine.

So far I am happy with my iPad. It looks in good shape with very minor scratches and has no issues with its performance so far. I haven't used it a lot yet so time will tell ;) The only thing is that I ordered it in gold but when it came I realised it was actually rose gold which was not what I expected. I am not super fussy and will have it in a cover anyway, but if this is important to someone, that could be an issue.

The iPad was described as excellent but has scratches you can feel your fingernail nail So not the definition excellent as according to the website , This is the first and last time I will use this website I will go back to Amazon.
