Once I got it working, it was very useful. Far better than my original corded mouse. Initially it did not work at all. Then I discovered that the [On] switch had to be activated. An instruction manual might have helped for dummies like me!

It is like a new device. I am enjoying it and willing to recommend it to anybody, anyday, and anytime.

Super mouse, I was a bit worried about it being bigger than my previous mouse, but I’m a total convert! Fast delivery and great price too.

I bought this as a basic laptop for writing and my MA coursework so it's built for purpose. It's small, light and convenient for carrying around. The only downside is the SE operating system doesn't allow installations, so I'm limited to only using the preinstalled Word for my work and I can't install alternatives to Edge as my web browser. I was hoping to install something like Scrivener, but it's not a deal-breaker. You can use web apps on it. The battery life seems really good (I've been sat on it unplugged for several hours now and it's still got 41% charge), it's easy to set up and boot up time is great. It's built for students, so just be mindful of that. But great value for money and does what it says on the tin. The order was processed and shipped fast and delivered on the day expected. Packaging was secure and safe. The unit itself is in excellent condition; looks new and performs well.

Brilliant laptop just like new really like it only problem is the battery life have to keep charging up. I did bought a wireless mouse as well with is brilliant.

Extremely happy with my HP 250 G6, bought this for my mother. She's been using it daily for couple of week now and loves it. The condition of the laptop great for the price which couldn't have been better for the spec of the Laptop.

This laptop is sturdy, well made and is lovely condition; the service was first class. However, unless you know the limitations of Windows 11 SE, be very wary when buying this item. You can only download apps from the Microsoft App store and even then, only the ones that SE will allow. Also, you cannot move over to an ordinary Win 11 environment; the SE software will not allow it; this is highly limiting. Only consider this item if you can live almost entirely in the Microsoft world. Lastly, the processor is somewhat sluggish. However, for word processing and basic internet and email work, it is fine.

Infuriating that it is impossible to speak to anyone about the payment you owe me for the trade in. It is not acceptable that you ask for passport details. It is very suspicious. And your link to contact you for help on the feedback email is broken. Many days ago you indicated you would send me the payment. I have spent a whole hour this morning trying to contact you this. What a shame you have such terrible customer service that leads you round in circles and does not answer a question. The refurbished iPad you sent is great, but the trade in service is hopeless.

Very good experience. I am always a little nervous buying second hand electronic items, especially on-line, but the iPod we ordered arrived within the estimated delivery time and after a week of use we are very happy with it.
