Watch came the next day, early morning. set up was so fast, and the condition is great! not a single mark. so easy to use and great for when you don’t want your phone with you all the time. Came with straps too, unlike a lot of refurbished sellers.

I bought it for my wife who was having issues with her older SE1 watch (which she also scratched whilst gardening so it wasn't a viable trade in). The new(er) SE 2 is brilliant according to her, and battery life is considerably improved. The service was prompter than I could even hope for as it arrived the day after I ordered it! The condition was excellent too.

At first I was a bit sceptical about buying an iPhone from BackMarket because I’ll rather see the phone in person and I’d never bought a refurbished phone. Also I’ve had seen review where batteries arrived at 90-92% and not in its original box, but how wrong I was, the phone arrived in its original box in mint/pristine condition with all original accessories, not a single scratch and only 22 battery cycles with a 100% battery life. It seems to be that you have to be lucky with what phone you get when buying from here as several other reviews reported worse conditions. I can say I will definitely buy again, price-wise it’s a reduction of 20-30 % of the full price so I’m happy with the outcome.

I have used Back Market several times before so was expecting a good experience but this time they have excelled. This is a great laptop. Back Market listed the condition as 'good' but it seems to have no marks anywhere, it looks and performs like new! It was delivered within 48 hours, exactly as described in the listing and I could not be happier with it. It arrived in some innovative cardboard packaging which protected it very well and is completely recyclable. We bought it to replace an old MacBook Air and using Apple's transfer tech, we had this one up and running exactly as we wanted within a couple of hours. its hard to imagine how the whole experience could have been better!
