    At first I was a bit sceptical about buying an iPhone from BackMarket because I’ll rather see the phone in person and I’d never bought a refurbished phone. Also I’ve had seen review where batteries arrived at 90-92% and not in its original box, but how wrong I was, the phone arrived in its original box in mint/pristine condition with all original accessories, not a single scratch and only 22 battery cycles with a 100% battery life. It seems to be that you have to be lucky with what phone you get when buying from here as several other reviews reported worse conditions. I can say I will definitely buy again, price-wise it’s a reduction of 20-30 % of the full price so I’m happy with the outcome.

    This is the first time I have used Back Market and I am absolutely blown away by the service received. The item was marked as good rather than excellent, but I took a chance and there is not a mark on it. It is like new and exactly what I wanted. This would have cost me £3799 5 years ago if I had bought new. Not to mention the benefits to the planet. I will definitely use Back Market again and with the 30 day returns policy, there's nothing to lose. Also, I only selected standard shipping but the item arrived the next day. Outstanding work!
