    Process was straightforward, easy and quick and price was reasonable - exactly what I was looking for! Phone has been working great from the start, no issues or concerns. Would definitely recommend backmarket! Based on the condition descriptions, I think the phone I received should probably be considered 'fair' rather than 'good' but since I am using a case which covers the vast majority of the phone, this is completely a non-issue.

    I was nervous about using a second hand market to replace my broken phone. You never know the history of a device - particuarly if your budget only extends to an older model. I'm happy to say that the replacement phone was in perfect condition and works well. I'll definitely keep my eye on Back Market when I had a little more money available for an upgrade in the future. I would trust the service again.

    Good basic little phone, not exactly fast, but works fine for basic calls and text. Battery lasts a few days, bought for my elderly mother - does exactly what I wanted.

    The device is pretty much 'as new'. If it wasn't for the packaging I would have thought it was brand new. However, the cable for the charger does not work with the phone. The end that is inserted into the phone is not the right shape and is only half in and therefore does not work. This is somewhat disappointing, but as I had a cable already, is not the end of the world.

    Wrong tracking information was sent leading to uncertainty and stress when I saw it was delivered somewhere else. Right tracking sent and it arrived the next day. Wrong item was send (A6 not J6) which I will keep as I want to give it to my daughter tomorrow but it isn't what I expected or paid for. Disappointed with this experience of back market as have only had good experiences before.

    This is the worst online purchase I have had in my entire life. Firstly, it took ages to ship this out and then I still can't find the item after it was marked delivered. Is this some sort of scam or something? I am completely confused since yesterday. The customer care service is also very deplorable, no response for several hours

    I bought this phone to use abroad with a local SIM. Little did I know that you can't use 3G phones anymore, it has to be 4G or 5G capable. Total waste of money. They really shouldn't be selling them.
