    The phone came within 2 days after being ordered as advertised and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the sheer speed of the service. One slight downside is the chipped camera at the top but it’s barely noticeable when a case is applied.

    I was nervous about using a second hand market to replace my broken phone. You never know the history of a device - particuarly if your budget only extends to an older model. I'm happy to say that the replacement phone was in perfect condition and works well. I'll definitely keep my eye on Back Market when I had a little more money available for an upgrade in the future. I would trust the service again.

    Process was straightforward, easy and quick and price was reasonable - exactly what I was looking for! Phone has been working great from the start, no issues or concerns. Would definitely recommend backmarket! Based on the condition descriptions, I think the phone I received should probably be considered 'fair' rather than 'good' but since I am using a case which covers the vast majority of the phone, this is completely a non-issue.

    Nfc doesn't work on card readers which led to an embarrassing shopping trip and just yesterday a black mark has appeared on the screen (looks like dead pixel) and now occasionally when I have opened up the phone there is a line leading from it across the screen which does disappear if I close the phone n then re open
