Good basic little phone, not exactly fast, but works fine for basic calls and text. Battery lasts a few days, bought for my elderly mother - does exactly what I wanted.

3rd time buying from BackMarket, first two times the phones were bought as "good" and we were super happy with the condition of the phones. The 3rd time I bought the phone for my mother, I wanted it to be as nice as possible so I ordered it to be in "excellent" condition. sadly to say the condition was worse than the previous 2 I had purchased as there were visible scratches on the screen and paint missing from the charging port, and bezel. The phone arrived promptly and was packaged well. Unfortunately I was not able to return the phone as my mother was only with is for a few days and needed the phone.

Great Product

Ordered a a flip phone in black and in good condition, received a purple colour in not such good condition, screen was damaged across the middle. Item delivered in hardly any protection in a jiffy bag, at least the cable was boxed ! Requested that the wrong item be collected as I did not order this to be informed I have to go out of my way to return the item I did not order and return in a box, the item will be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in
