Works like new. Can barely recognise any difference between the one that my partner bought new and this one from the Back Market. The fingerprint sensor seemed to be slow, but a quick google search and a little wipe later, seems to be as quick perfect again. I might just do a PC build with refurbished parts after this experience.

First time we'd used this BackMarket and was a little anxious spending almost £800, but now we couldn't be more happy. Laptop arrived in tip top condition, with my name as the new password. My daughter had it up an running in the car before we returned home from the parcel collection point (we were out when the postie tried to deliver).
