So far so good. Speedy delivery too. Ordered a 'good condition' phone and was not disappointed, no scratches or marks to case or screen. All apps & cameras work ok and not had any problems to date. One downside was applying a screen protector. Took it to a local shop and the owner tried 3 times to put a protector on the screen without bubbles - failed! Although he felt that guilty that he didn't charge me. I can only assume that the phone supplier has change the screen during refurbishment and not used a quality screen. Other than that Back market have always been good value for money.

Very pleased with my new iPhone 14. I opted for good condition and phone arrived in excellent condition. Looks brand new! Simple to set up. Highly satisfied.

Absolutely outstanding service! Kept me informed from beginning to end and offered a very fair price for my old phone. I will be telling anyone who’ll listen, about my experience with Back Market and encourage them to recycle rather than renew.

i am so happy with my order the only issue was it took longer than expected to come but the phone came in absolutely perfect condition even tho it was meant for good honestly so happy i’ve bought from here before and i’ll do it again

Phone arrived promptly. I was expecting the phone to be boxed up, (as I have ordered from back market previously and received a box). Phone was securely packaged. Condition was excellent 👌. Got the phone for my mum and she seems to happy with it so far!

The iPhone is fantastic and look great but it battery health is 80% which makes me give it 2 stars... I am returning the iPhone due to 80% battery health... I prefer 100%

Minor glitches on phone performance. Keeps notifying me IPad 3 has been left it hasn’t. When typing message sometimes curser jumps several spaces.

It works great and came with 85% battery health, however I wish it came with a higher battery health

It looks in good condition and works well, the display however, says it is unable to say if it a genuine apple part. I think this is why it was cheaper then the rest.
