I ordered the purple iPhone 12 mini for my wife at a very reasonable price having read the reviews first. Having read them I was fairly convinced I was doing the right thing and so was pleasantly surprised to find that the "good" condition was in fact almost perfect, in fact I couldn't find anything wrong with it at all. The phone arrived exactly on time and my wife is so very pleased with it. This transaction has also convinced me that buying refurbished from Back Market is the way I will go when I come to the point of renewing my own phone in a couple of years time. Excellent service and quality goods.

i am so happy with my order the only issue was it took longer than expected to come but the phone came in absolutely perfect condition even tho it was meant for good honestly so happy i’ve bought from here before and i’ll do it again

Phone arrived promptly. I was expecting the phone to be boxed up, (as I have ordered from back market previously and received a box). Phone was securely packaged. Condition was excellent 👌. Got the phone for my mum and she seems to happy with it so far!

I bought an Iphone 12 in good condition, but its like a new phone. Only few scratches which you need to look very closey find and can be easily covered. Came with 87% battery health. Only 1 issue it has is touch to wake doesn’t work sometimes, but I don’t mind that. Very satisfied with the product

Purple iPhone 12 64 Gig "Good" I am really happy with the phone. It didn't have a scratch on it and battery condition showing 90% If it wasn't for the fact the back needed a good clean I honestly wouldn't have anything to criticise. I bought it when the Good option was cheaper than Fair and I am very pleased I did. If you know what you want but are in no rush then keep a look out for a deal. Also Very Prompt service. I ordered it on a Tuesday evening and it arrived Thursday morning on the free delivery option. Thank you BackMarket and your partners

Phone delivered to me fine. Looks nice which I expected from a top graded phone. However during use battery gets hot and charge doesn’t seem to last for very long. Is this apple or the phone? Who would know? Anyway I’m still better off than with my old broken phone so mustn’t grumble…

The service, speed of delivery and product condition were faultless. The product itself is a major disappointment. There is no difference at all between this iPhone and the 2017 version. The camera is totally useless on the 2020 iPhone too it turns out. No reflection on Backmarket at all, maybe it’s time to stop with my unquestioning loyalty to Apple!
