    You wouldn't think it was refurbished, it looked brand new, worked as it should and expected, the only downside is its registered to Egypt/Iran not UK, but as far as I'm aware it hasn't affected any usage

    These are great, nicely designed with plenty of power. Great bass and noise cancel. This is the second time I have used Back Market and no disappointments. In fact both my watch, galaxy 7 and these buds came as new with unbroken tags.. Great prices for both too. Very happy customer!

    This watch was far beyond my expectations. from order to delivery (which was 2 days earlier than stated) was great from start to finish. the quality of this watch was beyond my expectations too. sealed in the box and basically brand new condition. I found no signs of wear on the watch itself and the screen is bright and vibrant and really easy to navigate. It synced seamlessly with my galaxy phone with no issues what so ever and the body sensors seam to be accurate and faultless. All in all a great buy and I would definitely recommend it.

    phone is great, got in excellent condition, looked brand new no scuffs or scratches to indicate otherwise. only issue I had was how it was shipped. it was in a large box with use a little sleeve of bubble wrap on the phone and a loose piece of bubble wrap but would've been knocking around in the box. I didn't eexpect it to be new in origin box or anything but a bit of padding wouldnt have gone amiss. goes to show that these phones are stronger than they use to be but just felt like an unnecessary risk. overall happy with the phone. it's fun having a stylis again! it's my first refurbished phones. I won't lie i was skeptical but I have no complaints with the phone :)

    I'm a senior person who has been deliberately avoiding smart phones for years for a range of reasons and coping ok with a 3G Nokia Doro 5516 which cost me £9.99. I knew that one day my approach would have to change, all my children are iphone users and have been calling for me to enter the 21st century for a long time. I first discovered the Back Market about 6 months ago and have been monitoring their activities for a long time as well as seeking the opinion of one of my children. So, with a lot of confidence, just before christmas I took the plunge and purchased an 'excellent condition' iphone 14. It was a good price and delivery was very quick despite it being the festive season. The iphone appears brand new and with the help of my son, I was set up very quickly making use of the iphone for basic functions within an hour. I fully understand why the Back Market get so many positive reviews and I am very happy to give a 5 star rating and would strongly recommend everyone to consider the products and services. One minor point is that I didn't realise that a USB-C plug was required and fortunately my son was visiting and brought his with him. I'm now considering buying a refurbished Acer laptop from the Back Market in the next couple of months, hopefully I may be able to negotiate a loyalty discount, I'll feed back on this due course if I go ahead.
