I was very skeptical as this was the first time I bought had bought a reconditioned phone. But I was happy to be proved there was bought to worry about. The phone arrived looking perfect and has been working great. My old phone was totally frozen and their website explain how to clear all the memory and cloud stuff, which helped me. Would definitely use Black Market again in the future.

I am really happy with my new phone, but am still trying to find out how to use it without the double clic to turn it on. I found out how to turn it off with the button, which was the same as my last Samsung, but don’t want the double clic.

I'm so happy with this Samsung Galaxy S22. It's practically like new and works like a dream so far. It also arrived faster than expected I really couldn't be happier. This has been my second order with back market and this is quickly becoming by number one site for tech.

The watch was delivered quickly. It looks clean and nice. But the battery ran out quickly. I charged it up 100% before I started using it, and the only thing I did was setting up the app. The battery went flat next day. I have to charge the watch everyday. Other than that, the watch is in good condition.

Phone is immaculate, better than expected so very happy with it, especially as it is a better spec than my old one that cost me more several years ago! Delivered over a week ago and no problems so far.

The Galaxy S23 is working well. It has taken me (over 70 now) a bit of time to get things in order and it works a bit differently from my previous Galaxy, but the transfer of data was very straightforward and I went through all the apps to make sure that they were properly engaged. I am not a high tech user of my phone but can confirm that it is working well and I have had no problems with it. The purchase from Back Market was seamless.

I am a technophobe and 73 yoa. However my dealing with BackMarket have been pain free. I did have help from my daughter to get the new phone set up. I am very pleased with my purchase, it is superior to my previous phone, a Galaxy S9 which I dropped and broke. I bought that from BackMarket too.
