After reading reviews of previous customers views this gave me confidence to purchase a used watch. Couldn’t be happier with what arrived, the packaging, all genuine Apple, the watch appears brand new to me, well pleased to pay a lot less. Only issue, the strap is a small version, so had to buy another..

phone is great, got in excellent condition, looked brand new no scuffs or scratches to indicate otherwise. only issue I had was how it was shipped. it was in a large box with use a little sleeve of bubble wrap on the phone and a loose piece of bubble wrap but would've been knocking around in the box. I didn't eexpect it to be new in origin box or anything but a bit of padding wouldnt have gone amiss. goes to show that these phones are stronger than they use to be but just felt like an unnecessary risk. overall happy with the phone. it's fun having a stylis again! it's my first refurbished phones. I won't lie i was skeptical but I have no complaints with the phone :)

Soon as it arrived, I knew I had an issue. tried customer services. no joy. My tablet was set up for middle Eastern Countries, I googled about the issue and found out what to do Everything seems to be fine now , working well and good condition.

Back Market has done it again! Having purchased a refurbished phone from them a couple of years ago, when my Inspire 2 needed replacing I purchased an Inspire 3. Hands up, I did try the warehouse division of a well known online retailer first, god knows why. Their item arrived in a crushed box, missing info leaflet, and a charger which did not fit the device. It went back immediately which was when I thought to look on Back Market. Hurrah! The item arrived faster than promised, in perfect condition, with the correct charger, and full information. I purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 in excellent condition, but I’m almost certain I received a brand new phone. Battery health is 100% and wasn’t as much as a smudge on the entire device. I’ve had the phone for about 2 weeks and it’s working perfectly so far.

I am happy with my purchase, it arrived brand new-like with everything intact. No issues with the country like the others have been complaining about. A bit wary about it actually but backmarket and the supplier did a great job with my purchase. Top marks for the refurbisher/seller as well. Arrived earlier as expected which was a bonus.
