I purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 in excellent condition, but I’m almost certain I received a brand new phone. Battery health is 100% and wasn’t as much as a smudge on the entire device. I’ve had the phone for about 2 weeks and it’s working perfectly so far.

It's a really good phone the google pixel 7 and for the price really good value. I was just a little bit disappointed that the phone came wrapped in bubble wrap and didn't have its original box , it was in a larger that it was delivered in but the phone wasn't secured very well.It hasn't affected the phone to be fair so it's a minor issue. Overall very happy.

I bought this because I needed a phone for travel, and I thought the Galaxy A05 seemed like a low cost but high quality phone. The e phone arrived just 2 days after I purchased it, and based on the packaging and the appearance of the phone, anyone would think it was brand new. I was very impressed. The only downsides are A) the phone is a bit slow, especially when you first restart it. It’s not frustratingly slow though, so I manage. And B) The camera is a bit lower quality than I’d expected, but I am so pleased with Samsung (I’ve had iphones for the past 13 years!) and when I am ready for an upgrade I will surely purchase through Back Market again

I was very skeptical as this was the first time I bought had bought a reconditioned phone. But I was happy to be proved there was bought to worry about. The phone arrived looking perfect and has been working great. My old phone was totally frozen and their website explain how to clear all the memory and cloud stuff, which helped me. Would definitely use Black Market again in the future.

was looking for new phone had look on back market and brought Samsung A55 after reading reviews phone came quickly in an original box which still had sealed labels on so I'm taking it is a new phone works perfectly lot quicker than my old Samsung A21s and lot cheaper than buying it full price from O2 would definitely use back market when I need a another new phone 100% recommend

All fine but I can’t get FaceTime. Son suggests the phone not refurbished properly but I will go to Aaple shop and ask them

Unlike a lot of other traders these jbl headphones were the real deal with serial number,!correct wiring and the sound you should have rather than the stuff that’s being sold I. Amazon that we had to return.

I am really happy with my new phone, but am still trying to find out how to use it without the double clic to turn it on. I found out how to turn it off with the button, which was the same as my last Samsung, but don’t want the double clic.
