My new iPad is perfect, wasn't too sure about getting a reconditioned one but will certainly be using your service again. It looks new and for me is such a relief not to have to pay a fortune for new one!

You wouldn't know it was a refurbished handset. It is as new. Having had to get a new handset as my previous one was dying (google pixel 7a) I wanted a handset I was already familiar with. The camera is also fabulous. Have had great comments about the quality of pictures . Very speedy delivery too. An around great service 10/10

I really like it, gets a bit hot but that's normal. The battery seems quite new at 96 percent health, very fast and snappy, camera is beaut, this phones service will last around a year or two.. I'm a big fan of refurbished and gray tech have done a good job on this phone, looks and feels brand spankin new. No complaints other than the heat..but again that seems to be normal for this phone and its within normal temp thresholds and doesn't over exceed. I came from a iPhone SE 2020.

The watch arrived swiftly on time, all in original packaging and perfect condition. No issues with the transfer, performance is smooth, the screen is bigger than my previous Series 5 Apple Watch.

It's pretty much brand new. No scuffs or scratches, no software tinkering, exactly as advertised. Far better than the poor refurbishment job I expected. Whoever worked on this phone knows their stuff.

I love it but it’s got some volume issues but other than that I’ve got no issues, I got the 12 mini in excellent condition and the battery life was 100% even though I did not buy a new battery. Great for the price, can’t tell it’s refurbished.

i am really pleased with my new phone, and happy with the process of buying it through backmarket :) my daughter told me about you, and its meant i could have afford much better device by buying second hand. i am very much into recycling and upcycling so i love the ethos that discarded things should be refurbished and used rather than just chucked way. i am very pleased to have a warranty, and it was great to be able to cancel my first order which i hadnt thought through everything i needed in a phone. being able to cancel before it was shipped and then order something more suitable was a really easy process. i did notice that when i had a question it was not very easy to get in touch with backmarket - i hope it will be better should i need to use the warranty. the only negative thing is that the charging cable that came with my phone didnt work, it was broken. it didnt matter because i already had one, but if i had not got one already that would have been a pain. but overall im really pleased and i love my new phone :)

great Phone and condition. I had the excellent choice and looked and feels like a new phone. i also decided to pay the £3.59 monthly insurance which covers everything from accidents, spills etc. I'm eell happy with my purchase 😊

This is a great little phone. Battery is excellent (at least compared to my older Samsung S10+) and it provides everything I need. Its taking me a little while to make sure all my apps log in corrrectly and I am in the process of changing my SIM provider. It will be nice to see how this works with 5G. I really cant see why people pay thousands for a new phone when this, with 5 years left of the support envelope and perfectly good performance characteristics, is available for a fraction of the price. This is my 3rd (possibly 4th?) purchase through Backmarket and my first port of call whenever I need/want a refurbished phone - which isn't that often as these "nearly new" options keep me going for a few years at least.

phone is better than expected. delivery was on time. my main reason for shooing with back market was the payment options available at the checkout. if the main OnePlus website had those options I wouldn't have shopped at back market. thanks for the flexibility payment options it has made owning a phone and paying it off stress-free.
