I'm really happy with my purchase. The phone was in excellent condition, just as advertised. It came promptly and has been working fine for the last two weeks. It was my first time buying a refurbished phone so I was a little hesitant but definitely no regrets now.

Condition and function of the phone is excellent (as described.) Very happy with Back Market, recommend. Only issue at all is that the iPhone SE2022 touch-push button access/selection is tricker to use than expected - which I suppose is down to Apple's design. So I will probably be looking to upgrade to a different model sooner than anticipated. But once manage to get in, works so much better & faster than old android I upgraded from, pleasure to use.

Bought 4 of these phones for my mum and her sisters back in the Caribbean. They seem brand new, comes with a warranty and Google updates for a few years. Love it. Back Market is my new favorite online retailer!

Very pleased and a bit surprised. My pixel 8 was in excellent condition, far better than I expected not a mark on it and working perfectly. The delivery was quick and the packaging was very secure. I would certainly recommend Back Market instead of rushing out and buying a new phone when needed. It would be a waste of money. I will certainly be using Back Market in the future quite definitely.

Super happy - arrived faster than they said it would. Works brilliantly. Battery completely healthy. Screen great. Slight marks on the back in a circle. Not worried about this as it is in a case. Would strongly recommend Back Market. The phone came without any accessories - and there is no way to say this in the review!

Overall I’m fairly happy. The only concern is that I think the home button might have been replaced because it’s slightly raised and sharp which collects dirt and dust. It doesn’t affect the way the phone works but it’s just disappointing as I feel like I’m constantly trying to get it clean.

The phone I got was like new I have had no problems with it, it dose everything it is supposed to, serenely well worth buying, and I would recommend to anyone, who need a replacement phone in a hurry, it was quick delivered

The phone was shipped immediately (and arrived earlier than promised). The condition was indeed excellent. The battery lasts the whole day and more in normal use. It was correctly factory reset: the only weird thing was that the default language on the welcome screen wasn't English. But this is very easily fixed from the welcome screen itself.
