    I wasn’t sure about using BackMarket as I’d heard conflicting reports, but I needn’t have worried. I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with my purchase of a Premium refurbished iPhone 13 Mini with 256 GB. It arrived like new, no marks or scratches and with the new battery that I bought to accompany it. The price was superb and I’ve done something good for the planet too. I will definitely buy from BackMarket again and easily recommend others to do the same.

    Device appears to be almost new with only tiny unnoticeable signs of wear. After a week of use, I'm completely satisfied that all features are working as expected and battery seems to be in near perfect condition. Very happy with the Back Market experience altogether as delivery was rapid and packaging fine. I will be using them again in the future, now that I know that refurbished can save so much money with very little compromise on the quality of experience.

    I was renting a phone for my teenage son with a well-known company with the name of a bird in it. Unfortunately my son accidentally broke the phone. I returned it to MM, on the understanding they would repair it. I heard nothing, no updates etc, only to be told they wouldn’t return the phone and cancelled the contract. My son had lots of info on the phone he needed for his A levels, that he has now lost. Anyway, I decided to look on Backmarket for a new phone for him and bought an iPhone 14 in perfect condition, with new battery for a great price. I was also able to include accidental damage insurance, which wasn’t offered with the last company, a must with a teenager. All in all, we are very pleased with the phone and I would definitely buy from Backmarket again. Highly recommend.

    Had a refurbished s21 5g which was a step up from my Motorola g22. The s21 was terrible on battery life and got pretty warm doing anything. Not to mention it was out of security updates. Went for refurbished as I didn't want a really expensive new phone. Opted for top battery. It's night and day with my s21 5g. The more efficient snapdragon chip is much better for the battery and It doesn't get warm running tasks.

    Refurbished Galaxy S24+ arrived quickly and was in excellent condition as sold. I traded in my old S10 which I believe was a good offer. If I hadn't done this it probably would have just sat in a drawer for years so it is great that Back Market give you this opportunitu. Wpuld definitely purchase again in the future.
