My new iPad is perfect, wasn't too sure about getting a reconditioned one but will certainly be using your service again. It looks new and for me is such a relief not to have to pay a fortune for new one!

I'm pleased with the phone that I ordered and received good service. Back Market gives me confidence to buy reconditioned and the prices are great. I love the Samsung Galaxy and am very happy to be back using one again.

So pleased with my device! First time trying Back Market and it did not disappoint. Ordered a Google Pixel 9 Pro in Excellent condition but received a virtually brand new phone - 100% battery health and it had gone through only 3 charge cycles. You wouldn't know it was a refurbished handset. It is as new. Having had to get a new handset as my previous one was dying (google pixel 7a) I wanted a handset I was already familiar with. The camera is also fabulous. Have had great comments about the quality of pictures . Very speedy delivery too. An around great service 10/10

Phone is immaculate! I chose an 'excellent' option and am very pleased with the quality of the phone, both cosmetically and functionally. The Google Pixel 9a provides everything I need and the camera is amazing! There was a slight delay with the trade-in payment, but apart from that, everything went smoothly.

The watch arrived swiftly on time, all in original packaging and perfect condition. No issues with the transfer, performance is smooth, the screen is bigger than my previous Series 5 Apple Watch.

I really like it, gets a bit hot but that's normal. The battery seems quite new at 96 percent health, very fast and snappy, camera is beaut, this phones service will last around a year or two.. I'm a big fan of refurbished and gray tech have done a good job on this phone, looks and feels brand spankin new. No complaints other than the heat..but again that seems to be normal for this phone and its within normal temp thresholds and doesn't over exceed. I came from a iPhone SE 2020.

It's pretty much brand new. No scuffs or scratches, no software tinkering, exactly as advertised. Far better than the poor refurbishment job I expected. Whoever worked on this phone knows their stuff.

I love it but it’s got some volume issues but other than that I’ve got no issues, I got the 12 mini in excellent condition and the battery life was 100% even though I did not buy a new battery. Great for the price, can’t tell it’s refurbished.
