I was a little hesitant about purchasing a refurbished computer but this has been an excellent experience. I Love this new computer...works perfectly, pristine condition! Fantastic price. Great communication throughout the entire process with emails and tracking and reminders about sending the old computer back. I will definitely be back again to purchase other items.

My daughter recommended a Surface Pro as a lightweight alternative to a lap top. Very happy with the choice, and although the condition was fair, seems good as new to me. Very quick delivery, great price.

I was a little hesitant to use this service but it was my only option as I'm pretty sure they don't manufacture this type cover anymore. My order came fast and everything looked to be working until I realised the 'E' key didn't work. Anyway I followed the steps for something being wrong with the order, sent it back for free, and got a replacement fast. Everything was quick with clear steps to follow, and they were understanding about the situation. Ultimately very happy with this type cover. It looks nice, works as expected and was a reasonable price.

So far, very good. It was described as fair and the outside you could tell it had been used but much better than I expected. The keyboard and screen seemed almost like new and everything worked correctly. Battery life is good and it was very straightforward to set up. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy from Back Market again.

It is very good and great value. I bought it as a gift for someone abroad so not used it yet but was able to set it up easily for them with various software to help them in their studies. Small and neat so easy to transport . So far so good.

I haven't bought anything from BackMarket before but this was a really good experience. The projector works perfectly and is in excellent condition. The order was quick and it arrived super fast and well packaged. The only reason I have taken a star off is because according to the instruction book the projector has a lens cap which mine did not come with. Now I would have bought it anyway if I had known that but that should have been mentioned in the advert I feel that it was missing from the expected box contents. I would still not hesitate to purchase from BackMarket again.

Ordered for my elderly dad as he wouldn't be able to work a newer laptop and his old one was far too slow and the battery had gone so it was always plugged in. He is loving this one. Super fast, came equipt with Microsoft and runs really smooth and efficiently
