    I bought the phone as a gift for my partner and we only set it up yesterday. It's a lovely phone (one up from my own) and I really like the protective case that came with it. The protective screen went on perfectly and my partner is very happy with it. Beats the crappy thing he had before, but don't tell him I said that.

    Absolutely brilliant! Second phone I have purchased from Backmarket and just as over the moon with this one for my husband as the one I bought for me. Immaculate condition. Just like new!     Dropped my phone by mistake and it hit my small electrical heater screen down. There was no cracking of the protective screen or the phones. That's why it's getting top marks from me, I have had other protective screens crack for far less bumps.

    In my late 70s I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and enjoyed every minute with its excellent quality, now at the age of 85 years I purchased this S23 Ultra from BackMarket and it has left me completely amazed at just how different it is from the S8+ especially in the camera section which blew me away at the quality of pics taken.
