The protective case is not an especially tight fit, so bits of the phone have a tendency to 'pop out' in your pocket. Meanwhile the silicon screens are so thick that I cannot actually get fingerprint recognition to work at all.

Great Service and Great product. My Galaxy S23 arrived in as new condition. Why buy new? Will definitely use again.

Sadly, although not the fault of backmarket, one of the screens was cracked. But the case and the other screen was just right.

Very pleased with Galaxy S22 ultra. Not so happy with the screen protector, case is good but the screen protector didn't allow the fingerprint sensor to work. Tried both protectors with same result.

The phone was delivered quickly and I signed for the delivery and put a sim into the phone and protected the screen. Thank you

I love the phone overall and its still in good condition but now i wish i bought another one because the iPhone 12 mini uses a lot of the battery in a short space of time.

The plastic case is OK but not required. The screen covers are no good at, they were too difficult to install.

Case is fine, but the transparent covers !!!!!! No instructions or hints as to how to fit them perfectly. Wasted one and the one I managed to fit isn't flat.
