Quick delivery

This phone was dispatched from Paris, France. If I knew this would be the case then I wouldn’t have ordered it. The company has a UK address. I’m trying to be environmentally conscious and would have preferred something closer to home. I tried to cancel the order but it isn’t straightforward to contact Backmarket and after multiple clicks I gave up. The phone is in very good condition but the cable is a cheap cable which doesn’t work with the phone. It doesn’t work with my phone, with the cracked screen which I'm replacing, either. Luckily I have the rapid charging cable with my old phone.

Frankly the phone looks like it is not reconditioned, recently I bought an iphone 14 pro and I tell you it looks like it is the new so far there is no problem with my phone, backmarket for forever

Having owned my Google Pixel 8 for nearly two weeks, I must say I’m quite impressed with its delivery speed and overall quality. I opted for the Good quality grade smartphone, and although there are a few minor scratches on the camera bar at the back, I couldn’t spot any significant scratches on the screen, whether it was on or off. BackMarket offers excellent refurbished phones that are perfect for anyone wanting flagship features on a budget.

I hesitated for a long time to order here following a very bad experience with a competitor. We have to admit that we shouldn't put everyone in the same bag because we opted for premium quality and sincerely nothing to say because for us it is new if it had been sold in its original box we wouldn't have made any difference. It is a gift for one of my daughters she is delighted and surprised at the quality for refurbished. I know where I'm going to order my next smartphone. Following this very good experience I recommend this site, the value for money is there.

Very happy with this purchase, like new condition, no scratches, nothing. Works great and 100% battery. This is the first time I've bought refurbished and honestly, I'm surprised in a good way!

I am very satisfied with the phone, the order was processed very quickly and the phone also quickly shipped, just a Quoique during the delivery which was to be made against signature which by the fact stuck me at home all day because scheduled between 8am and 6pm but in the end was just dropped in my box. Very good experience, I'm thinking of changing my laptop for a reconditioned one.

I didn't dare to order a refurbished phone, but there's always a first time. And the truth, all very well, a small delay in shipping by UPS, which always something happens to them, but well, I have the phone and very happy with the purchase.
