Very happy with my phone! I bought a ‘fair’ quality because budget is tight so it came with 85% battery but this was expected. Other than that, hardly any noticeable flaws. I always buy refurbished and I will definitely be buying from BackMarket again! The shipping kept getting delayed but it arrived within a week.

Tout a été parfait pour moi, le téléphone est venu en parfait état. Il n'y a aucune marque sur le téléphone, l'écran est parfait. La seule chose que je n'ai pas aimé est le cable de chargement qui a l'air d'être de mauvaise qualité et ne rentre pas dans le téléphone bien. Je ne l'utilise donc pas... Je pensais soit acheter un Iphone 13 pro max soit ce téléphone et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu d'avoir choisi celui là.

Great phone for my Dad who is 87. Condition was as new when it arrived and he was so pleased that it was just the same as his old one, just bigger and better with nothing new to learn. The phone arrived promptly with a new lead and was packed very well. Very happy and I will use this company again.

It’s the service and sheer professionalism which makes Back Market stand out. I bought a used phone for a ludicrously good price, which turned out to be as good as new when it arrived. The communication regarding postage and delivery was excellent and the offers of returns, help and warranties if needed are there in black and white. The item was as described and indeed in excellent condition. I was a little concerned about delivery as this was a Christmas present and with all the postal troubles, but Back Market delivered with time to spare. Excellent service and communication. Will definitely use again.

Very pleased with this phone. It replaced an iphone 6 which was very old, so no problems using this new one. Good condition, I could not tell it was not brand new. It arrived so fast that I couldn't believe it, as it was straight after Christmas.

The quality of the handset is unbelievable considering it was in the second tier ‘Good’ category, the couple of tiny marks are more than acceptable Delivery was quick and total value for money. I managed to get a bargain after a few wild price fluctuations, the same handset is around 15% more expensive at the time of leaving this review All around, great experience using Back Market
