    The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Despite not choosing next day delivery the laptop arrived the next day. Although the condition was described as good, I struggled to find any scuffs or scratches. It came installed with Windows 11 Pro. At £219 I consider it to have been an absolute bargain. One minor point it was a 8265U processor not a 8365U. I'm very pleased with my purchase and blown away with the condition. I'm now recommending Backmarket to my friends and family. I'm a total convert to refurbished IT.

    Really pleased with the purchase. Fast laptop with stacks of memory and hard drive. I am really an Apple man so the transition to using Windows is a bit slow. Choice of Apps is limited and the quality and choice is not up to Apple. However that apart the machine is performing well and will meet my requirements for buying. Well done BackMarket

    This order was cancelled by the seller / Back Market the day before it was due to arrive and I've been given no explanation as to why - have left a message in the conversation section of the site but so far received no response and I'm not sure how else to raise this concern. I'm about to go travelling for a few weeks and urgently need a laptop so I can work while away. As it stands, I've lost my referral credit and all confidence in placing another order. I've had to leave the comments on overall performance, appearance and packaging as 'average' as I never actually received the item. I couldn't submit this comments without selecting something unfortunately.
