When I first got my HP ProBook 430 I wasn't that impressed with the way it looked (a bit more worn then I thought) however once I turned it on and got setup I now completely love it! Perfect size, really quick and easy to use. Good battery life. I definitely underestimated it but now I don't go anywhere without it

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Despite not choosing next day delivery the laptop arrived the next day. Although the condition was described as good, I struggled to find any scuffs or scratches. It came installed with Windows 11 Pro. At £219 I consider it to have been an absolute bargain. One minor point it was a 8265U processor not a 8365U. I'm very pleased with my purchase and blown away with the condition. I'm now recommending Backmarket to my friends and family. I'm a total convert to refurbished IT.

It's the best. I'm very happy with my purchase. I didn't see any problems with it yet . It works very smoothly and arrived in very good condition, like new. The backMarket , one of the best options for buying great things for less money.

I feel very happy about the laptop I bought from backmarket. The laptop was delivered just the next day after I bought it and backmarket even upgraded it to touchscreen version for free for me. Backmarket is the best and number one shop for electronic gadgets such as laptops, phones e.t.c, and I highly recommend them to everyone as their products are of high quality.

The laptop was delivered quickly and came neatly but securely packaged. It was rated Good condition but it looks like new. Found I had ben given a free upgrade to the touchscreen version - not sure how much I will use this feature but obviously great to have the extra option. Not the most tech savvy person but found it easy to set up and get going. Happy with the processing speed - it seems much faster than my old laptop.

first couple of days there was a mouse glitch that i didn't understand (couldnt click on lists/drop down menus; had to use tab key and enter) but that's gone away now thankfully. otherwise great product, looks new and good battery life

The laptop came with the wrong type of windows installed and I had to spend over an hour following a tutorial to resolve this issue but other than that, it is in great conditions with only a couple scuffs and marks. Not a huge issue for me, but for anyone who is not as capable with technology it would be an annoyance!

The device that was delivered had a couple of issues. I reached out and was able to return it free of charge. I was then offered some alternatives, even higher-spec laptops, for the same price, but since I wanted to stick with the devil I knew, I insisted on the fixes being made to the one I had initially ordered. The fixes were done, and the laptop returned in 48 working hrs. I also received a relatively old charger first, which I didn't complain about, given that I had purchased a “good” condition laptop. However, after the fixes were implemented, I was given a brand-new charger. I appreciate EGY Technology's attention to feedback and their customer service. I would recommend their products.
