Charging cable does not work, which was a pity. For the rest, I still have to experiment. What I did find out is that smart focus works with a delay, so it is better not to use it for photos of moving animals and people. But I'm still discovering.

Great camera in brilliant condition. It came in the box with all the accessories. I've been using it for over a week and so far haven't found any obvious flaws. It works perfectly and I can't see any cosmetic flaws on the camera. It's an 18 megapixel camera but I've looked at the photos I've taken on my 32" TV and the resolution seems much higher. My only gripe is that I paid an extra €8 for 'express delivery' but I received it a week later than the original estimated date.

I'm happy with the Samsung S23+ laptop but I still haven't received the case I ordered with it. It was supposed to be delivered between the 19th and 20th, but today is Monday the 24th. Please check if it has been dispatched. Sincerely

The GoPro is great, but I returned it because I found it much cheaper. Nevertheless, I would like to praise the customer service - the return went smoothly.

Installation, data transfer completed, printer reconnected. Still need to complete the tools (MS Office suite and antivirus). All in all, very good. Very well protected when sent. One downside: Delivery/receipt on an unavailable day and the postman/deliveryman left the package in front of the door. Fortunately it was on the porch, but for a purchase like this, if there's no-one to open the door, a regional collection point would be a good idea! A whole day in the open air, free to be accessed or even taken by anyone, I'm surprised...

Received the device with the advertised components, in good condition. The delivery was fast and the PC was well protected in the box. The only fault I would say is its poor battery life of 1 hour just doing office work, which is very little. I don't think the battery has been changed.

I'm so happy with my new purchase & I say new because u cudnt tell d difference.back market are so efficient quick delivery & true to there word with selecting 'excellent' I wud highly recommend them ❤️

So far so good, except for the fact that I haven't received the original box for the console.

Very happy to have found, second hand, the same Lumix that I had for 10 years and which unfortunately ended up at sea! Very good service from Backmarket. Long live re-use!
