It's alright it works fine some dirt on the edge, really disappointed with the battery it needs replacement, otherwise it's fine and worth the money

Really good price for a laptop that was only a few years old, came quickly and works really well, brought for my son who needs one for school and he loves it.

Ordered 2nd May. Delivered... well, 24th May it's still not even dispatched and I get no real information only lies. I just want a refund and I can't even get that, I'm being held to ransom by the seller and back market. Oh and the item is still being sold, clearly they don't have it, so good luck to everyone else out there.

Monitor arrived without a stand. When it did arrive it was not the HP stand, it was a very poor quality, flimsy, ugly and difficult to adjust. I have no choice but to purchase the correct stand from another seller for 20,-20, so the real cost of the monitor is not such a bargain. Be very weary of poor quality ‘accessories’ being supplied under the guise of reducing waste when it is clearly about cost

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The webcam does not work. I only discovered this a few minutes before I was about to have a job interview over Zoom! I didn't test the camera, as nothing was mentioned about a broken webcam. It seems as though it is cracked/damaged inside. I need the laptop and did not have time to send back for repair, so I had to buy a webcam instead. I want to buy refurbished goods to help the environment but this has been a very disappointing experience.
